READ BEFORE USE
- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MANUAL, ESPECIALLY SAFTEY INSTRUCTIONS.
- Before your first treatment, you must complete a sensitivity test. Please use the mask on your arm for 10 minutes and see if there is any overheating, redness or itchiness.
- Before use, it is important to fully charge the Sun Home face mask battery
- To charge, insert the micro-USB cable into the controller and insert the USB connector into the USB port of the power supply
- You cannot use the face mask while the controller is charging.
OVERVIEW AND BENEFITS
- As we age, our skin loses collagen and elasticity. Aging skin becomes more susceptible to sunspots and pigmentation.
- The Sun Home face mask uses wavelengths (600nm to 850nm) of red and infrared light that are studied to increase collagen production and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles through the science of photobiomodulation.
- The Sun Home red light face mask has been shown to increase blood flow and reduce signs of aging, leaving the skin relaxed, softer, and smoother.
- The silicone material and Velcro straps allow you to efficiently get results from the therapeutic LED lights.
- The blue light option allows you to kill bacteria or any impurities in your pores that may cause blemishes
- Mode 1: red light + amber light + near infrared light
- Mode 2: blue light
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- You have purchased an electrical device. Please use common sense for safety. Do not plug into a mechanically or eclectically unstable, or otherwise faulty, compromised or intermittent outlet. Contact Sun Home Saunas with any questions (info@sunhomesaunas.com).
- Do not use to treat any other conditions, besides signs of aging, including sunspots, acne, scars, and wrinkles.
- Please consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, or breastfeeding.
- Do not use if you have genetic eye conditions, suffer from lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema, albinism, photosensitive disorders or sensitivity to light
- Do not use if you are taking any medication that causes photo sensitivity such as certain antibiotics, chemotherapy drugs, and diuretics. If you are unsure, please consult your doctor.
- Other substances that may cause photosensitivy include St John’s Wort, coal tar, deodorants, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent, and cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).
ELECTRICAL CONNECTION & **ELECTRICAL SAFETY**
- CHARGE ONLY WITH A CERTIFIED USB CHARGER COMPATIBLE WITH THE VOLTAGE USED IN THE COUNTRY YOU ARE IN. Output must be 5v DC.
- A universal USB converter that is rated for 100-240 VAC input may be used in any country.
- A USB converter that is rated for 120 VAC input must only be used in the US.
- Do not immerse controller in water or any liquid.
- Store with the cord loosely gathered, not wrapped around the controller.
- Pets may damage the product or be injured by it. Take care to keep them away whether it is powered on or not.
- Examine the wires and controller connection each time the device is used.
- You may email Sun Home Saunas with any questions (info@sunhomesaunas.com) and include a photo of any damage.
GETTING STARTED
- For best results, treat for 3-5 times a week.
- Most people see results after 4 weeks.
- Adjust the straps so that the mask fits comfortably on your face.
- Thread the straps through the inlet holes on either side of the device.
- Loop the straps around the back of your head and secure firmly.
- Readjust straps if necessary.
- Clean face before treatment and don’t use with any lotions or oils.
CONTROLLER OPERATION
- Unplug your controller from the wall and plug the mask USB directly into the controller.
- Press and hold the power button to turn on the mask.
- Press the timer button to adjust the length of your session
- Press the M button to switch between 1) red/amber/infrared and 2) blue mode
- Press the button below the M button to adjust the power of the masks.
- There are three power levels. We recommend starting at the lowest level for your first session.
- Press and hold the power button to turn of the mask after your treatment.
CLEANING & STORAGE
- Ensure the device is off when cleaning.
- Clean the mask using a water-based cloth.
- You may use a light household cleaner or alcohol solution to gently wipe down mask.
- Store the mask flat and room temperature in dry conditions.
- Avoid storing the mask in dusty conditions.
- If you should dispose of the mask, please do you part in protecting the environment – properly dispose of the controller, which contains a lithium battery.
TROUBLESHOOTING

No light coming from mask:
• Controller may not be charged
• Controller may still be connected to an electrical outlet -
LEDs do not turn off after the time set on the controller:

Lights are flickering during treatment:
• The mask wire may not be fully inserted into the controller -

PRODUCT. This 1-year, limited warranty applies to repair or replacement
product found to be defective in material or workmanship.
To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are exclusive and there are
no other expressed or implied warranties or conditions, including warranties
or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
A: This warranty does not apply to any damage resulting from commercial,
abusive, unreasonable use or supplemental damage. Defects that are the result
of normal wear and tear will not be considered manufacturing defects under
this warranty.
SUN HOME SAUNAS OR THEIR OWNERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF
THIS WARRANTY.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or
consequential damages or limitations on how long an applied warranty lasts, so
the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives
you specific legal rights, and you also may have other rights which vary from
jurisdiction to jurisdiction. This warranty applies only to the original
purchaser of this product from the original date of purchase.
B: At its option, SUN HOME SAUNAS will repair or replace this product if it is
found to be defective in material or workmanship.
C: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from any unauthorized
attempts to repair, or from any use not in accordance with the instruction
manual.
D: This warranty applies only if the unit is purchased new from SUN HOME
