Product Introduction

This versatile USB-C hub provides easy access (o muliple devices on a USB-C laptop /MacBook. The hub i equipped wilh tripe display video output ith trple 4K Ulra HD display (2x HDMI and 1x DP) at the same time, when the system supports this feature, it allows you o split your content into a rple display device, and when the DP display is working alone, the resolution can be up to 8K/30Hz or 4K/144Hz. Expansion of 7 ports :2x HDMI, 1x DP, 1x USB-C PD charging, x USB-C data transfer, 2x USB-A 3.2 Gen2 Extend the MacBook’s capabilties with just plug and play.

Feature

1. DP video output:
   8K 30Hz or 4K/144Hz (work separately while source is DP1.4), 4Kx2K 30Hz/3840×2160 (work separately while source is DP1.2).

2. HDMI 1 video output:
   4Kx2K 60Hz/3840×2160 (work separately while source is DP1.4), 4Kx2K 30Hz/3840×2160 (work separately while source is DP1.2).

3. HDMI 2 video output:
   4Kx2K 60Hz/3840×2160 (work separately while source is DP1.4), 4Kx2K 30Hz/3840×2160 (work separately while source is DP1.2).

4. USB-C 3.2Gen2
   Up to 10Gbps data speed & maximum power output 5V/1.5A.

5. 2x USB-A 3.2Gen2:
   Up to 10Gbps data speed & maximum power output 5V/1.5A, backwards compatible with USB3.0/USB2.0/USB1.1.

6. USB-C PD Charging Port:
   Up to 87W upstream charging the source devices such as USB-C Laptop/MacBook. Please make sure your device supports power delivery protocol.

Remarks

1. The product supports SST(single stream transmission) and MST (multi-stream transmission). Note : MacOS does not support MST.
2. If two monitors are displayed at the same time, the dual display resolution is 4K@60Hz.
3. Make sure that your laptop supports DP1.4 and you monitor can output these resolutions and refresh rates, otherwise it will not achieve.

Note:

For Wins system:

1. In SST mode, the resolution of monitors will be always consistent with the laptop.
2. In MST mode when expanded to 3 monitors, Only two monitor’s resolution will be up to 4K/60Hz, another are 4K/30Hz.

FAQ

A. Why is there no video output?

1. Please make sure the USB-C port of your devices (Laptop/Tablet) support Video Output. 2. Please check if the cable is well connected. 3. Please use the standard HDMI cable. 4. Windows computer with Intel graphics card only supports two external monitors at most

B. Why is there no audio output from HDMI?

Please make sure your monitor support Audio output function. 2. Please set the external monitor as default Audio output device.

C. What should I do if the display screen drops after connecting a large

current HDD/SSD?

Please connect your laptop charger/adapter to the USB-C PD charging port of product.

D. Why does the output not reach 4K 60Hz?

1. Please make sure your monitor support 4K 60Hz. 2. Please make sure the video source is 4K 60Hz. 3. Please make sure to use the 2.0 or higher version HDMI cable. 4. Please make sure your computer specification support DP1.4 signal output.

depend on the specifications of computer and graphics card. This product only support 4K 60Hz for these specifications of computers. The output bandwidth of DP1.2 signal is not enough to output 4K 60Hz, only available for 4K 30Hz.
