Product Usage Instructions
Pump Assembly:
- Remove the red oil cap and replace it with the black & yellow breather cap.
- Check the oil level of the piston pump and fill it to the middle dot on the watch glass.
- Inspect for any visible leaks (oil and water).
- Check for basic wear and tear and replace any damaged components if necessary.
- Ensure all bolts and nuts are fastened securely.
- Connect the pressure hose (male end) to the hose connector (female end).
- Connect the pressure hose (female end) to the lance (male end).
- Attach the spray nozzle to the lance using the quick connector.
- Ensure that the unit has water in it.
- Make sure that tap 1 is open.
Filling the Unit:
- Open the tank lid on top of the unit.
- Fill the tank with CLEAN water.
- Follow the start-up procedure for use.
Engine Start-up Procedure:
- Ensure that the electricity supply is constant and does not dip below 213 volts minimum to avoid burning the motor and voiding the warranty.
- Depress the trigger on the lance to release pressure.
- Confirm that the water is circulating back to the tank if the trigger gun is not pulled.
Hose Usage:
To use the hose, follow the instructions for the engine start-up procedure mentioned above.
Shut Down Procedure:
- Press the spray gun to release pressure.
- Switch off the unit.
General Maintenance – Piston Pump:
- Perform the first service after 1 month or 20 hours of operation, and subsequently every 3 months or 50 hours.
- The service should consist of:
- Replacing the oil of the piston pump with 15W40 oil.
- Filling the oil to the middle dot on the watch glass.
Note:
- Make sure the yellow/black breather cap is always fitted.
- The red cap is only for transport purposes.

Before starting the pump assembly
- Remove red oil cap – replace with black & yellow breather cap.
- Check piston pump oil level. Fill to middle dot on watch glass.
- Check for visible leaks (oil and water).
- Check for basic wear and tear and replace if necessary.
- Ensure all bolts and nuts are fastened and haven’t. loosened due to vibration.
- Connect pressure hose (3) Male to hose connector. (6) female.
- Connect Pressure hose (3) female to Lance (4) male.
- Connect nozzle (7) to lance (quick connector)
- Make sure unit has water in.
- Make sure tap 1 is open.
NB:
Never set unloader (2) higher than 100 bar. Pressure return valve (2) can be
adjusted + and – for increased or reduced pressure.
How to fill the unit:
- Open the tank lid (on top) and fill it with CLEAN water.
- Follow the start-up procedure for use.
Engine Start-up procedure:
- ELECTRICITY SUPPLY NEEDS TO BE CONSTANT AND NOT DIP BELOW 213 VOLTS MINIMUM OR RISK OF BURNING THE MOTOR & VOIDING WARRANTY.
- Depress trigger on lance to release pressure.
- Confirm the water is circulating back to the tank if the trigger gun is not pulled
How to use the hose
- Open tank cap so not to cause a vacuum.
- Depress trigger on lance for pressure spray.
- Pressure return valve (2) can be adjusted + and – for increased or reduced pressure. Ensure not to unscrew completely.
- When not spraying, the pump will automatically revert to circulation mode.
- After use, switch off.
Shut down procedure
Press spray gun to release pressure and switch unit off.
