GETTING STARTED

• Power on For the first use, please press the reset/power button to turn on the scale. If there is no response, pleasecharge the scale.
• Download and install the App Scan the QR code or search ”Fitdays” in the App store or Google Play.
• Register and login
  • Turn on Bluetooth and open the Fitdays App.
  • Register your account by email.
  • Enter the user information.

Connect the device

• Enter [Account] page and tap [Device].
• Tap [+] in the upper right corner.
• Select “Searching Bluetooth for pairing”.
• Step on the scale to wake it up.
• Tap the scale icon, then the scale is successfully bounded.

Use the device

How to hold

• The fingertips shall cover the electrodes evenly, and the hands shall not touch each other

How to stand

• Stand barefoot on the scale, keep your feet apart and touch the electrodes well.

Arm angle

• Keep your arms straight and at a 30-45 degree angle.

Measurement completed

• Wait for measurement results
  • Stand still while measuring.
  • Wait till all types of data are displayed on the scale, the measurement is complete.
  • The scale will automatically shut down and you can view multiple types of body data in the App.

Prepare for the next use

• Stick the hook on the wall and put the handle on the hook for the next use.
