Introduction

Welcome

We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of your WD-100 Wireless Charge Clock Speaker. Please read this manual carefully before use.

Notice to User

  • Please make sure to use a (9V 2A/5V 3A) fast charging plug to power the device. (Charging plug not included).
  • This device can only wireless charge mobile phones that support standard wireless charging functions (QI wireless charging standards).
  • Wearing a metal phone case or a plastic phone case that is too thick will block the wireless charging transmission. Please remove the phone case when wireless charging your mobile phone.
  • There may be signal interference and an increase in noise in FM radio mode when the wireless charge function is being used at the same time.
  • For safely reasons, the device’s wireless charging function may temporarily stop when overheating is detected during the wireless charging process.
  • Wireless charge function requires connection to a fast charge charging plug.

  • Do not expose the device to direct sunlight
  • Do not remove screws or open the device casing
  • To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose this equipment to rain or moistures.
  • The unit shall not be exposed to dripping or splashing and objects filled with liquids, such as vases shall not be placed on the unit.
  • Never charge the device with a damaged power cable.
  • Never put the device or charging cable near heat registers, radiators, stoves or heaters.
  • Never touch the device with wet hands.
  • This device is only for the intended household or in-door use.
  • Never use any chemical detergents to clean the unit.

    • Press & hold: Power on
    • Short press: Enter/Quit clock mode when device is powered on

  9. Time Set Time setting Button:
    • Short press: Set Time
  10. – Volume Down Button:
    • Short press: Previous Track (BT/TF Card mode), Previous Channel (FM Radio), Minus Hours/Minutes (Clock Mode)
  11. Play/Pause Button: Snooze
    • Short Press: Play/Pause (BT/TF Card mode), Answer/End a call (Incoming Call), Mute (FM Radio/Aux in mode), SNOOZE (When alarm buzzes), Confirm (Set time)
    • Press & Hold: Reject a call (Incoming Call), Automatic channel search (FM Radio mode)
    • Press & Hold for 4 seconds: Disconnect devices (BT pairing mode)

    • Short press: Next Track (BT/TF Card mode), Next Channel (FM Radio), Add Hours/Minutes (Clock Mode)

Stand setup

Stand setup (horizontal and vertical)

Setting the vertical stand (Vertical wireless charging)

First lift the main speaker body according to the direction of 1 and then push the bracket 2 according to the direction of arrow and insert its tip to the slot 3. There are 5 slots providing 5 different angles & stand heights for the stand to match different phone sizes. Adjust the stand until the back of your phone is fulling touching the circular silicone ring of the speaker.

Setting the horizontal stand ( Horizontal wireless charging)

  • If you want to charge the phone horizontally, you need to push the horizontal phone stands out in the direction of the arrow first as shown in the picture.
  • Then place your phone on top of the stands.

Operation

Charging the device (Please charge this device prior to first use)

This device has a built-in rechargeable battery. To charge the device, use the provided USB Type-C cable, connect the Type-C connector to the Type-C input on the device and the Standard USB-A Connector to a fast charging plug/Adaptor (Not Included)*. The LED charging indicator lights up when charging and goes off when charging is complete.

Note

  • Wireless charge function requires power connection to the charging plug.

Power On/Off

Long Press the [ /Clock] button to power on the device. Short press the [Mode] button to switch between BT/FM/AUX/TF CARD modes. Short press the [ /Clock] button to enter Clock Mode (Standby Mode) . Short press the[ /Clock] button again to quit clock mode.

Wireless Charge your mobile device

  • Place your mobile phone on the vertical or horizontal phone stand of the powered WO-100 to wireless charge it.
  • If charging is not stable, adjust the phone and/or stand to make sure your phone’s back is fully touching the wireless charge area (circular silicone ring) of the device.
  • The wireless charging icon on the device will light up during wireless charging.

Bluetooth Pairing (BT Mode)

  • Press the [ /Clock] button repeatedly to enter Pairing mode. The Bluetooth indicator will start blinking indicating that it is waiting for devices to pair.
  • On your Bluetooth device, find and select”WD-100″ under your Bluetooth device listing to pair. A successful connection via Bluetooth will be followed by an audible notification.
  • For help with Bluetooth Settings, please consult your device’s user manual.

Handsfree Speakerphone

The handsfree speakerphone function is enabled when the device is paired with your mobile device. Press the button to answer an incoming call. To decline a call without answering, press and hold the button during an incoming call. To end a call, press the button during a call. For the best conversation experience, make sure the WD-100 unit is placed near (within 40cm) the user.

FM Radio

  • Press the [Mode] button repeatedly to enter FM radio mode. Press and hold the button to initial automatic channel search. Searched channels will be saved automatically. Press the + or button to switch channels.
  • Short press the button to mute the speaker when listening to the radio and short press the button again to unmute.

Note 1: When using FM Radio mode, please plug in the provided AUX cable to the AUX Jack on the device WD-100. The cable acts as an external antenna for radio reception. You can adjust the position of the cable for better radio reception.
Note 2: Please note that FM signal can be weaken MUCH depending on the type of building you are in. (For example, It can be hard to catch proper signal when being in a concrete building or basements.)
Note 3: There may be signal interference and an increase in noise in FM radio mode when wireless charge function is being used at the same time.

TF Card Mode

  • Prepare a blank TF card {32GB or less) and save the songs (MP3 / WAV recommended) into the card. Then insert the card into the TF slot of the device.
  • The device will automatically play the music in the card. Press the + or button to switch the songs in the TF card. Press the to play / pause the music.

Note: Too many files or folders stored in the TF card may prevent the device reading the songs in the card.

Auxiliary Connection

  • Use the provided AUX cable, connect one end to the AUX Out jack of your audio source device and the other end to the AUX In jack on the WD-100 device.
  • Press the (Mode) button to switch AUX mode. Press the button to mute or unmute the speaker.

Setting the clock

Press the (Time Set) button to set tlile time. Press the + or button to set the hour then press the button confirm. Then press the + or button to set the minute and press the button to confirm.

Setting the Alarm

Short press the (Alarm) button once to set the alarm. Press the + or button to set the hour then press the button to confirm. Now press the + or button to set the minute and press the button to confirm. Once the alarm is set, a white icon will appear.

Snooze/Alarm Dismiss & Alarm On/Off

Press the button when the alarm buzzes to snooze for 5 minutes. Press any buttons (Except button) to dismiss the alarm when it buzzes. The alarm will still buzz on the next day. To disable the alarm completely, press and hold the (Alarm) button until the alarm icon disappear.

RGB LED Light

  1. Touch and hold the RGB light touch control area to power on/off the light.
  2. Touch repeatedly to change light colors or light effects.

Soothing Mode/ White noise mode

  • (Optional feature. Only available in WD-100 A soothing mode version.)
  • Press the (Mode) button to switch to Soothing mode. Press the + or button to select soothing sounds.
  • Press the knob to play/pause soothing sound. Soothing sound/music will automatically stops if the speaker has not been operated for 30 mins.
