Compatibility
Compatible with iPadOS 13 (and newer). We recommend that you upgrade your iPad to 13.4.1 for optimal performance.
Check your iPad system version:

General>About>Software Version.
- Upgrade to iPadOS 13.4.1 or higher to use the touchpad function properly.
To upgrade your iPad to the latest version:
- Open the device’s Settings > General > Software Update.
- Click “Download and Install”.
*If you see Resume Download, click it.
Setup/Connection
Pairing with iPad:
- Switch ON/OFF to ON position.
- Press and the blue indicator starts to flash.
- Toggle “Bluetooth On” in the “Settings” app.
- Tap “Bluetooth Keyboard” in the “Bluetooth” section of the “Settings” app, under “My Devices”.
- Tap “Pairing”, when the blue light stops flashing, the device is connected.
*Repeat steps 1-5 when pairing with a new device.
If your system is 13.3.1, please follow the steps below to enable the touchpad function:
- Go to “Settings” > Accessibility > Touch
- Make sure the assistive touch option is turned on.
Shortcut Key
When the red light needs to be charged, the charging voltage only supports 5V.
Tips: In any application, you can long press the Command key to view the
available shortcuts.

Touchpad Function
Note: Make sure the Bluetooth is connected and the touchpad function is turned on!
Single tap: Press down with one finger until there is a slight click.|
Drag: Tap and hold the item, then slide your finger across the trackpad to
move it.

Wake up the iPad: Tap the trackpad.
Or if you are using an external keyboard, press any key to wake up.
Open the dock: Swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen with one
finger.|
Go to the home screen: Swipe the pointer across the bottom of the screen with
one finger. After the dock appears, swipe the pointer across the bottom.
Show side pull: With one finger, swipe the pointer across the right edge of
the screen. To hide the side pull, swipe right again.|
Open the control center: Move the pointer with one finger to select the status
icon in the upper right, then tap.
Open notification center: Move the pointer with one finger to select the
status icon in the upper left, then tap. Or use one finger to move the pointer
near the top middle of the screen.|
Or select the status icon in the upper right and swipe up with one finger.
Scroll left or right: Swipe left or right with two fingers.|
Scroll up or down: Swipe up or down with two fingers.
Go to the home screen: Swipe up with three fingers.|
Zoom: Place two fingers close together.
Pinch to zoom in, or pinch to zoom out.
Switch between open apps: Swipe left or right with three fingers.|
Open the App Switcher: Swipe up with three fingers, pause and lift your
finger.
Or pinch with four fingers, pause and lift your fingers.
Open search from the home screen: Swipe down with two fingers.|
Open the Today view: When the home or lock screen is visible, swipe right with
two fingers. Secondary tap: Two-finger-tap items such as icons on the home
screen, messages in your mailbox, and the camera button in control center to
display their quick action menu. Or if you’re using an external keyboard, you
can hold the control key and click the trackpad.
Installation and Removal
Installation
Install the tablet into the protective case and then attach it to the holster.
Removal
Remove the protective case with the tablet installed from the holster first, then remove the tablet from the case.
Charging

Turn on the keyboard. (if the power indicator flashes, please charge the keyboard)

Plug the charging cable (included) into the keyboard and the adapter.
a) The indicator light turns red when the keyboard is charging.
b) When charging is complete, the battery indicator turns to green.

Troubleshooting
If the keyboard does not work properly, please check the following:
- The Bluetooth function of the iPad (or other Bluetooth devices) is turned on;
- The Bluetooth keyboard is within 33 feet;
- The Bluetooth keyboard is charged;
- Confirm that the keyboard is turned on (power indicator light on);
- Make sure the keyboard has been paired via Bluetooth.
If you have unwanted auto-correction or punctuation, please follow these steps:
- Open Settings App > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard;
- Turn off Auto-Capitalization, Auto-Correction and “.” Shortcut (see image below).
If Bluetooth pairing fails, please try the following steps:
- Press and hold for more than 3 seconds, the backlight of the keyboard flashes three times, and then the keyboard restores the factory settings;
- Delete all Bluetooth devices on the iPad;
- Turn off the Bluetooth on the iPad Bluetooth function;
- Restart the iPad;
- Turn on the Bluetooth on the iPad;
- Repeat the steps described on page 2 and page 3 to pair the keyboard.
