Using Advice
- To ensure that the device functions properly if you only plug in one wire, make sure that two pads connected by that wire are applied to your skin simultaneously. If you plug in two wires, you must connect the four or six pads to both wires before placing them all simultaneously on your skin for it to work.

FAQs
Approximately how many times can each pad be reused?
The pads can be used around 25-35 times.
How can this help relieve migraines?
You can’t use this device over your neck and around your head.
Is it helping for relieving pain?
My lower back hurts sometimes and I use the EMS to stimulate healing.
Is it normal for eyes to be blurry after use?
I haven’t found that to be the case in my experience with the unit.
Does it have a belt clip?
No, it does not, but will fit into a pants pocket.
What is the significance of an “a” and “b” channel? the manual doesn’t address that. how do i know which to use?
Each channel is for a set of pads, if you only want to use 2 pads it doesn’t matter which channel you use. If you want all four pads at once you use A and B. It took me some testing to figure it out as well. You have to use 2 pads on the same channel or it won’t work.
Are there 10 or 20 intensity levels per A or B?
The intensity levels for both A and B are more than enough to handle. This little device packs a punch.
Is this a true EMS?
If EMS is in regards to taking pain away. I’ve used it for years and give it out as gifts. It does what it claims.
I can’t get a and b to run at the same time? instructions don’t show how to switch from a to b for settings.
If you press the middle button it switches the section from a to b. Then you can individually adjust the intensity
Can you use batteries also?
Sorry it can’t. It’s built-in lithium battery.
What type of charger does it use?
It comes with a charger. It has the mini just like you would use for for wireless headphones or small portable devices.
Can you have 2 separate programs running at the same time?
This tens unit cannot running separate programs at the sam time. but you can choose different intensity levels separately.
Can i try it for a trail run?
Sure, as kind as it’s charged and ready to go..
Would this work well for easing labor pains?
No. It causes the muscles to contract and spasm to work and release them. A Tens unit would be beyond annoying during labor! 🙂
Would this work for a contraction stimulator to show my hubby what labor is like?
Sorry. I have no idea but I tend to doubt it would mimic a labor contraction. The stimulation you get from this machine is great for muscles but its not harsh or painful. As I imagine labor is.
How do you increase the intensity of both plug A and B, the + sign only works for plug A?
When intensity “A”mark on the display flashes, the + works for plug A.the intensity “A” is adjusted by pressing the + / – button. you could press middle button to change to Intensity “B”,intensity “B”mark on the display flashes, the
- works for plug B.
How long does a full charge last?
Hours, days? I honestly don’t know because it’s never died. I used it on pretty high power for 4-5 hours straight at work multiple days in a row and I only charged it after because I felt like I should. But half the charge bars still showed. It had insane battery life.
