Note: In pairing mode, if there is no connection for more than 5 minutes or the battery voltage is less than 3.1V, the headphones will automatically shut down.
Pairing Instructions
- Take out the two headphones and turn them on with a “power on” sound;
- The indicator flashes rapidly in alternating red and blue with a “pairing” voice;
- Open the Bluetooth of the phone or tablet and then search and click Bluetooth “T10
- Once the earphone prompts “Connected” indicating successful connection and is ready for use.
- The headphones have an automatic reconnection function. When the headphones are turned on again, they will automatically connect to the device.
- After successful connection, please place the headphones inside the helmet (NOTE: please distinguish between the left and right earphones)
How to place the headphones inside the helmet
- Place the earphones into the slots inside your helmet liner.
- Listen to music, make calls and more while snowboarding and skiing.

Troubleshooting
- The phone cannot find the headphones:
Possible reasons:
- The headphones are not turned on and under standby mode;
- Headphone program error;
- Phone program error.
Solution:
- Put the earphones into the charging case and close the case; then open the case and take the earphones out (the red and blue indicator lights flash alternately) to enter the pairing mode;
- Please clear the pairing record of the earphones.
- Restart the phone and clear all pairing data in the phone’s Bluetooth No sound from headphones:
Possible reasons:
- Improper phone volume;
- The headphones are not properly connected to the phone;
- The headphones are out of operating range. Solution:
- Adjust the phone volume;
- Reconnect the headphones;
- Keep the earphones and phone within a range of 10m.
Precautions:
- Do not perform any other actions while searching Bluetooth.
- Please use headphones near your phone to ensure signal stability.
- The red indicator light does not light up during
charging Possible reasons:
The headphones have not been used for a long time.
Solution:
Charge the headphones for 30 minutes and the red indicator will light up.
