The size of your hand not affect how it works. I have big hands, my wife has small hands. Both of us can feel the great massage effect

Would one unit work on Both hands? Or would i need to buy one unit for left and one unit for right hand?

It would work on both hands. However I absolutely would not buy from this vendor. I returned mine for a number of reasons and gave it an average review and the vendor has been harassing me to change my review via email for almost a year. They are offering to pay me to do that. Amazon is either not willing and or not able to stop by the harassment from this vendor.

Can the batteries be replaced?

It is a rechargeable battery. I’m currently using it as part of my post- surgery physical therapy, so I use it 3-4 times a day. A full charge will last me about 2 days. It runs cycles at different intensity levels for around 15 mins, then shuts off. I highly recommend this product! In the short time I’ve been using it, I have already noticed a huge improvement.

Does it help with hand pain?

Used once after receiving, my hands did not feel so painful the next day. I look forward to its long-term effects.

How often should older people use the electric hand massagers?

I use it when ever my hands really hurt. Always check with your dr if you have other health conditions. Like diabetes, heart condition or blood pressure.

Is there any warranty?

I don’t know. This machine didn’t meet my needs so I returned it and left an average rating and this company has not stopped harassing me by email since. They’ve even offered to pay me to change my review. Amazon has not been able to stop the harassing emails.

Can this hand massager be plugged-in/recharged and used at the same time?

If you’re asking wether it can be used while charging, the answer is no.

Compression. I returned the Navatiee Hand Massager.

What types of charger cord can I buy to replace it? I received an used item instead of brand new and didn’t get anything but the device itself!

It’s a USB type C cord that comes with it.

Is there a way to turn off the settings beeps?

Not that I’m aware of. I never even thought about it. It doesn’t bother me

Will it fit 5 inches wide hand through the 4 inches opening?

I am not sure because it was too strong for my mom it hurt her hand.

Does the hand massager machine work loudly?

No, the sound is normal when the electric hand massager is working. Not annoying in the least. This device is very very effective, I will buy one again to give my parents.
