Installation Guide
- Cut out the provided template and fold it along the fold line to achieve the desired backset size.
- Place the fold line on the edge of the door, ensuring that the centerline is positioned 38″ (965 mm) from the floor.
Mounting the Lever
Before proceeding with this step, make sure you have marked the holes for
installation.
- For a wood door, use two wood screws to mount the lever.
- For a metal or hollow door, use two screws to secure the lever. Ensure that the screws penetrate through the door to a depth of at least 1/4″ (6 mm).
- Tighten the screws in a clockwise direction.
