DANGER

MOVE GENERATOR OUTDOORS
Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.
NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open.
ONLY use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.

WARNING

Read the ENTIRE operator’s manual to become familiar with the features of this product before operation. This QuickStart Guide IS NOT a substitute for th e Operator’s Manual.

NOTICE

Keep all objects at least 5 feet (1.5 m) from generator. Heat from the muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.

 SET UP

1. Remove hardware. ˜ Assembly > Remove Shipping Support Hardware. Remueva el herraje.
   

2. Attach wheel kit. ˜ Assembly > Install Wheel Kit

3. Connect the battery. Assembly > Connect the Battery.

   • Cut cable tie on each side of battery connector.
   • Push two halves of battery connector together tightly.

4. Add oil. ˜ Assembly > Add Engine Oil.
   Recommended: 10W-30, up to 37.2 fl. oz. (1100 ml) DO NOT overfill.

5. Move the generator outdoors
   ONLY USE OUTSIDE AND FAR AWAY FROM WINDOWS, DOORS, AND VENTS.
   

6. Add fuel – Gasoline or Propane (LPG)
   Assembly > Add Fuel
   FOR GASOLINE OPERATION: DO NOT USE E15 OR E85

7. DO NOT plug in any electrical devices
   NEVER START OR STOP THE GENERATOR WITH ELECTRICAL DEVICES CONNECTED OR TURNED ON!

Starting the Engine

Electric Start

1. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “CHOKE” position.
2. Press and hold ignition switch.
3. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “GASOLINE OPERATION” position.

Manual Start

1. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “CHOKE” position.
2. Remove the maintenance cover on the right side of the control panel.
3. Pull the recoil to start the engine.
4. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “GASOLINE OPERATION” position.

Starting the Engine: Propane (LPG)

Electric Start

1. Open the propane tank valve.
2. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “CHOKE” position.
3. Press and hold the ignition switch for 2-3 seconds.
4. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “PROPANE OPERATION” position.
5. Press and hold the ignition switch.

Manual Start

1. Open the propane tank valve.
2. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “CHOKE” position.
3. Remove the maintenance cover on the right side of the control panel.
4. Pull the recoil 2-3 times to prime the engine.
5. Turn the EZ Start Dial to the “PROPANE OPERATION” position.
6. Pull the recoil to start the engine.

Plug in. ˜ Operation > Connecting Electrical Loads. Enchufe.
