Paring (iOS/Android）

Open Bluetooth function on your device.
Open the box take both earbuds out and approach the unlocked device (mobile, tablet, laptop). Search for Bluetooth device ACA-i24 and click Connect
Left Control

• Pause / play  Touch once）
• Previous song Touch twice）
• Voice assistant Touch three times）
• Answer/hang up the phone Touch once）
• Reject incoming phone call Press and hold for 2 seconds）
• Reset（Touch five times）

Right Control

Warm Tips: 1)45° adjustable earhooks, adjust 15° once to reach a perfect angle for best listening experience. 2)Before putting back to case, circle back to its oringinal/the smallest angle to fit into the case for successfull charging.

Earbuds Function
Turn on: After opening the charging chamber cover, take out the left and right earbuds, the earbuds will turn on and automatically match to each other.
Turn off: when the earbuds are put back into the charging box and close cover, the headset will automatically turn off.
Mono mode: Take out 2 earbuds, after successfully connecting to the mobile, put one of the earbuds back to charging box to use one earbud at a time.
Auto connection: when the paired name ACA-i24 has not been deleted from phone, it will automatically connect to the phone once you take earbuds out of the case.
ChargingBox Function
TWS automatic pairing: place both earbuds back into charging box, close and reopen the charging box cover, then take both earbuds out, they will pair to each other in seconds.
Charging Box Indicator: When charging the case, green light flashes, when fully charged, green light stays on. When put earbuds into case for recharging, red light stays on, when earbuds are fully charged, light’s off.

**

Q : Bluetooth connection does not work /Only one earbud works?

A : 1)Open Bluetooth setting on mobile, click ignore to unpair the ACA-i24. 2)Put both earbuds into the charging bin and close cover, then take them out again. 3)Continuously Click Left and Right earbuds five times to reset, then put them back to charging bin and close cover. 4)Take both earbuds out and wait 3s for them to reconnect, after you see the lights are flashing Green and Red alternatively, restart the steps of connecting to your mobile.

Q : Headset can not be charged?

A : Check the metal contact point at the bottom of the earbuds and inside bottom of the charging bin to see if there's dust or dirt causing poor contact, try clean and wipe the contact point before charging.

Q : Can't hear clearly?

A : 1)You can adjust the degree of the earbuds and the earhooks to a position that can perfectly transmit sound from the earbuds to your ear, make sure the speaker hole is facing your canal. 2)Then adjust the volume of the earbuds to an appropriate percentage (recommended to adjust to below 50%)
