OPERATION DESCRIPTION

  1. Setup In Hang Up Mood
    With the phone hang up, press FLASH/SET key 1o enter the setup mood. The LCD will display “SET 12345678 Press UP or DOWN key, or 1§ key to change the setting while the LCD displays simultancously the corresponding setp item. Re- press FLASH/SET key to enter setup mood for that item Always conclude a setup and proceed (o the next item by pressing FLASH/SET key. Change a setting by pressing UP or DOWN key and exit the setup mood by pressing DEL key The specific sctup items are as follows:
    1.1 SET | = Setting up the date and time
    Press SET and 1, The LCD will display * 1- DATE 2-CL”,
    Press 1 key  to enter the DATE setup mood. The setting of “ year ™ blinks. Press the digital key to set the date. Then press SET key to confirm and press UP or DOWN key to enter the clock setup mood. Press the digital key to set the clock.
    1.2 SET 2 —-Sctting the ring tone, VIP tone, ring volume:
    Press SET and 2, The LCD will display
    1-R 2-VIP 3-VOL”, Press
    1 to enter the RING TONE setup mood, the LCD displays “RING TYPE 01″ and “01” blinking, press UP or DOWN key to choice the ring tone type. There are 16 types of ring tonc for choice. Press DEL to exit. And Press 2 o enter the VIP RING TONE sctup mood. The LCD displays “RING VIP 01″ and “01” blinking. There are 16 types of VIP ring tone for choice by UP or DOWN key. Press DEL to exit. The 3 key to enter the RIGN VOLUME set. The LCD displays RING VOL 04. Press UP or DOWN key to choice
    the ring volume. Press H.F. to confirm and exit.
    1.3 SET 3 —Setting up the alarm clock time:
    Press SET and 3, the LCD displays “AL 1-2-3″, there are 3 ‘groups alamm clock time sctup. Press | to enter the first group time setup. The LCD will display “ALAR OFF”, Press UP or DOWN key to set ON or OFF. The LCD displays “ALAR OFF ” then the alarm clock is tumed off and tumed on when the LCD displays “ALAR 00-00″. Press digits to input the alarm clock time. The setup moods of the second and third ‘roup clock are same as the first group sewp. The frst group alarm clock time is just oaly once alarm. The second and the third groups alarm clock time is for every day. When it is the time you set alam clock, the telephone will ring for 30 second or you press any key then stop.
    1.4 SET 4 – Setting the no-disturb time:
    Press SET and 4, the LCD dislays “OFF_T 00-00″ and “00- 00″ blinking, i is the no-disturb time setup. Press digits to set the nodisturb time(Max time 99-59). Press SET to confirm and DEL o exit. Between the time of no-disturb, the telephone is no ring except VIP number. Between the time of no-disturb, if LCD display “0247″ means the time of no- disturb leave 2 hours and 47 minutcs. When the time is over or pick up the telcphone once then cxit the no-disturb modc.
    1.5 SET 5 –—Setsing the flash time, P/T, alarm:
    Press SET and 5, The LCD will display “I-F 2-PT 3D”, press | key to enter the flash time setup mood. Press UP or Down key to change the flash time 90. 95. 100 . 120. 180. 300. 600. 1000ms.;
    Press 2 to set the PULSE of TONE dial mode, the LCD displays “PT TONE™, press UP of DOWN key to chotce TONE or PULSE. Press SET key to confirm and DEL key to exit. If the setup mem set the dial mood, the switcher will not use. Or don’t set in the menu. put the P/T switcher to choice the dial mode.
    Press 3 to set the alarm function, the LCD display DEFEND OFF, press UP or DOWN to set ON, the alarm function is turned on and another telephone sct will can not use with this telephone in the same line except from data por. When LCD display “DEFEND OFF”, the alarm function is tuned off.
    1.6 SET 6 –—-Setting the local code and PAB code.
    Press SET and 6, the LCD display “1-LOC 2-OL”, press | to set the local code, the LCD dipaly LOC -——, press the digital key to input.
    Press 2 wo set the PAB code. The LCD will display OUT OFF, press UP or DOWN and the LCD will display OUT—, press digital key to input the PAB code. If no use PAB, this unit should be sct OUT OFF. Otherwise it will can not be dial out.
    1.7 SET 7 ~— Setting the LCD brightness:
    Press SET and 7, the LCD will display LCD CON 3, The brightness of 5 levels can be adjusted by pressing repeated UP or DOWN key.
    1.8 SET 8 —Auto IP setup
    Press SET and 8, the LCD will display “1-AU 2-3-IP”, means the auto IP number choice. Press UP of DOWN to choice the AUTO IP code: IPI, = IP2, 17909, 17908, 193,17911,17921,17931,17951,17991 068,963 00,96333,196, 190,17969,197; If there is no available IP number, you can choice IP! then setup the IP] when choice 2 setup; If choice one IP number, the long distance number will be add IP number automaticlly. So better please always set the AUTO IP OFF for this telephone set if you have a0 the IP number. Press IP key, the stored IP number will be dialed out: If Sewp the IP key, but you don’t want to dial the IP number first, you can press DEL firs: then press the number.

 Hang-ep Operation

2.1 Incoming Call Number Receiving
When received the FSK or DTMF incoming call . phone automatically detects and displays the incoming call number , displays the date and time of the call as the sequent number of this calling . If 1 is FSK mode calling. the display signal w ill automatically refresh the setting of month, date and time. While the setting of ycas remains unchanged. For a DIMF mode calling. every setting will remain unchanged And be caused the DTMF signal only includes incoming calling number , but not calling date and time . So when the system receivesDTMF incoming call, it will endow it is own date and time to the incoming call number with LCD displaying the calling sequence simultaneously .If « is a new number . a “New Call ” sign will appear; instead if the number already exists
a “Repeat * sign will appear .
2.2 Review Incoming Calling Number
Press UP or DOWN button to scarch upwardly or searching downwardly to book for the calling number, date and time. 23 Reviewing Outgoing Calling Number Press OUT button to inquire for the last numbers of outgoing calls in cycle. Press UP button to search upwardly or scarching downwardly to look for the outgoing calling number , date and ume . The outgoing number displayed on the LCD can be redialed out by pressing BACK button. If need to add “O” tw region code automatically then dial the long distance code, please press BACK over 3 scconds.
2.4 DEL Function
Press DEL key twice. the number displayed on LCD will be deleted. But if press DEL key over 3 sec, all the numbers in memory will be deleted.
2.5 Two touch Dialing ( 0-9)
2.5.1 Store a number into 0-9
In on book mode. use this key to store a numbers in the number key 0-9, proceed as following:
In on hook mode, input a number, then long press STORE/AUTO over 3 seconds,and the LCD displays SAVE -, then press 0-9, now this number was stored in this
0-9.
2.9.2 Two touch Dialing
In off hook mode, press STORE/AUTO, and the LCD displays LOAD -, then press 0-9, the stored number will be dialed out.

2.6. VOL/VIP Function
2.6.1 Ringer volume adjust:
In on hook mode, there are 4 levels of ringer volume to adjust. When the LCD display RINGVOL 1, press UP or DOWN to adjust. Then press FLASH/SET to confirm and exit.
2.6.2 Handsfree volume adjust:
Press H.F. key, and press VOL then the LCD display -, it is low level; press VOL and the LCD display -——-; there are handsfree volume hi; 263 Regarding some important incoming numbers, to avoid from being replaced by new incoming number , you can use the VOL/VIP button to lock it
. After the number is locked, the LCD will display the VIP sign on the correspondent number, and then use the index button to browse or call back. The VIP number can not be deleted directly. You can press again on VOL/VIP button to release the preset VIP number.
2.7 R Function
Press R key, the line will be flashed and the flash time is 100ms, It is used for PBX system.
2.8 RD/PA Function
2.8.1 RD is redial function.When you are dialing and the line is busy, you can press the hook switch once or press FLASH/SET to get a new dial tone, then press the “RD/PA™ button will redial the last number you dialed automatic. 2.8.2 PA is pause function. It is needed for line access in pabx system. Press RD/PA key you can dial the phone number without waiting for the outside dial tone to appear.
