IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS – WARNINGS
Read this entire document and follow all warnings and instructions before
installing and
using the EV Charger. Install and use this product only within the specified
operating
parameters as instructed in the manual. Failure to comply can lead to property
damage,
injury, or death, and will void the Limited Warranty.
Do not install or use the charger near flammable, explosive, corrosive, or
combustible
materials, chemicals, or vapors.
Turn off the input power of the charger before maintaining the charger.
The device is designed only for vehicles that are compatible with the SAE J1772 standard.
Do not use the charger if it is defective, appears cracked, frayed, broken or damaged.
Do not attempt to open, disassemble, repair, tamper with, or modify the
charger.
Contact our Customer Service for any requirement of repairing.
Do not use the charger when the charger is exposed to severe rain, snow, or
other
severe weather.
Do not use this charger with a frayed charging cable that has damaged on or
any other
sign of damage.
According to the local electrical requirements, confirm the wire diameter and wire type corresponding to the current irating and the temperature rating must meet the requirements.
Before starting the installation, turn off all power.
When transporting the charger, handle with care and do not drag or step on the device.
Do not touch the charging connector terminal with sharp metallic objects for preventing damage.
Do not forcefully pull the charging cable, damage it with sharp objects, put fingers, or insert foreign objects into any part of the charging connector.
Risk of explosion. This device has arcing or sparking parts that should not be exposed to flammable vapors.
Risk of electric shock. Do not remove cover or attempt to open the enclosure of the device. No user serviceable parts inside. Refer servicing to qualified service personnel.
To reduce the risk of serious injury or death and damage to the charger, this device should be installed, adjusted, and serviced by qualified electrical personnel familiar with the construction and operation of this type of charger and the danger involved. Failure to observe this precaution could result in death or severe injury.
Incorrect installation and testing of the charger could potentially damage either the vehicle’s battery and/or the device itself. Any resulting damage is excluded from the warranty for the device.
Ensure that the charging cable is well positioned during charging, so it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or subjected to damage or stress.

For the reoommended installation height of the EV Charger, please refer to Picture 2.

OPERATION OF CONTROL PANEL

2.2 Status of Standby
Once the EV Charger is powered on, the LCD display will display Standby Interface .
2.3 Charging current and charging delay setting
Once the EV Charger enters into the “Standby Interface”, You can press the< I
key to select the charging current between 12A/16A/24A/32A/40A.
Press the< I > key to schedule the charging start time (Oh/2h/4h/6h/8h).
Once the charging current and charging delay are selected, press the

Once the setup is complete, plug the charging handle into the charging port to
start charging.
When the charging starts, you will see the interface below on the LCD display.
2.5 Charging Complete
Once charging is complete, the EV Charger will enter “Charging Over” mode. You will see the following interface on the LCD display.
2.6 Fault or Unavailable
Once a failure is detected, the EV Charger will automatically enter the
“fault” mode. You will see the following interface on the LCD display.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
WARRANTY AGREEMENT
- The scope of warranty refers to the product itself.
- The warranty period is 12 months. During the warranty periodd, the company will repair the product free of charge in case of failure or damage (determinedby the company’s technical personnel) under normal use.
- The starting time of warranty period is the date of product purchase.
- Even in the warranty period, a certain maintenance fee will becharged in case of the following situations
- Equipment failure caused by not following the user’s manual.
• Equipment damage caused by fire, flood, abnormal voltage, etc. - Equipment damage caused by using the product for abnormal functions.
- Equipment damage caused by foreign matter entering.
- Equipment damage caused by other human external factors. 5. The service fee shall be calculated according to the actual cost. If there is another contract, the contract shall prevail. 6. MAINTENANCE
To ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment, please maintain the
equipment regularly (usually every month) according to the operating
environment.
a) The equipment is maintained by professionals.
b) Check whether the equipment is well grounded and safe.
c) Check whether there are potential safety hazards around the ev charger,
such as whether there are high temperature, corrosion or inflammable and
explosive articles close to the ev charger.
