Please confirm the dp alt mode version of your laptop’s USB-C port using. MacOS can only support one external monitor, and the second/third external monitor will just mirror the first one. Windows does not have this limitation.

How to Set Up the Extend Display?
A: Windows
- Click on the “Start” button.
- Select “Settings”.
- In the Settings menu, click on “System”.
- Under System, click on “Display”.
- Select a display to change the settings for it. Drag displays to rearrange them if needed.
- Identify multiple displays.
- Choose the presentation mode for your displays.
- Adjust the scale and layout.
- Choose the size of text, apps, and other items.
- Adjust the display resolution to fit your connected display.
- Configure display orientation and other related settings in the Advanced display section.
B: Mac OS Monterey
- Go to “System Preferences”.
- Select “Displays”.
- In the Display Settings, choose the desired display mode from the “Use as” menu.
- Set up the resolution, color profile, refresh rate, and rotation according to your preferences.
FAQ
Q1: When connecting a wireless mouse or keyboard, it may not work properly.
Most wireless devices like mouse, keyboard, and Bluetooth devices work in the 2.4GHz wireless band. The USB 3.0 port has the potential for interference that can affect the device’s performance. The most effective method is to add a USB 2.0 extension cable between the HUB and the receiver.
Q2: The display won’t work, the resolution or refresh rate is abnormal.
- Confirm that the USB-C port in your laptop supports dp alt mode. You can find this information in your laptop’s specifications or consult your laptop’s official customer service.
- There may be software conflicts, usually related to the driver problem of the GPU. Upgrading or rolling back the driver of the GPU version may solve the issue.
Q3:The device I connect didn’t work,Or the laptop suddenly shuts down.

How to set up the extend display?
A: Windows
Windows11:Start>Setting>System>Display
In there, you can set the Display mode, Rearrange the position of the screen,Change Resolution, Color Profile, Orientation and Refresh Rate in Advanced display.
B: Mac OS
Monterey:System Preferences > Displays >Display Settings.
Then you can change the display mode in “Use as” menu and set up these setting like: Resolution/ ColorProfile / Refresh Rate and Rotation
