Powering on
To power on the E30 AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Range Extender, follow these steps:

- Your E30 Range Extender might be undergoing a firmware update (interleaving white/orange)
- The Wi-Fi signal may be weak (breathing white). move it to another location and try again.
- Check if your uplink router is working properly; if not, refer to your wireless router’s manual for troubleshooting.
Why can’t I access the web-based configuration utility of my E30 Range Extender?
- Make sure that your wireless device such as PC/laptop/smartphone/tablet is connected to your E30’s network and that you have correctly entered http://WXYZ.devicesetup.net/ into your browser (WXYZ represents the last 4 characters of your E30’s MAC address). You can find your E30’s MAC address, default Wi-Fi Name/SSID, default Wi-Fi Password, and Device Password on the device label on the side of your E30.
- If you have connected your E30 to a mesh-supported router like the M30/M60, your E30 will be automatically configured in mesh mode and all settings are controlled by the router. Log into the router to make any changes.
