How to Install the Label Tape
- Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the label maker
- Open the label tape compartment cover at the tape edit slot.
- Take out the label rape and remove the blue card.
- Make sure the end of tape passes through both tape guides. Then extend about 3cm (1.18 inch) label tape.
- Install the label tape as instructed and press firmly, and make sure the extended tape passes through the outlet of label maker.
- close the label tape compartment cover.
Downloading the App
NOTE
- This product must be used with the App.
- You need to connect the label maker through the Print Master app.
- In compliance with Google’s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth.
Method 1: Use your phone to scan the QR code to install the App.
Method 2: Search for “Print Master” in the app store on your phone to download the App.
Connecting the label maker
- Turn on GPS (Location Services) (Android devices only).
- Open Print Master.
- tap the “connect now” button to search for your device.
- Press “Start using”.
NOTE:
- In compliance with Google’s requirement, Android phones must enable GPS (Location Services) before using Bluetooth.
- Before connecting to your device in Print Master, please make sure your label maker is turned on and your phone’s Bluetooth is on.
How to Print
- Press “New ” to start editing.
- After the printing is complete, press the cutter button and take out the label.
- Remove the backing from the label to expose the adhesive, and then attach the label.
Print Head Maintenance
- Turn off the label maker.
- Use a cotton bud with a little ethyl alcohol.
- Gently wipe the print head.
- After the alcohol has dried off, turn on the label maker and press the power button twice to print the diagnostic page.
NOTE: Please do not scratch the print head with any hard object. If the print head is damaged, the label maker will not print properly.
Instruction for replacing cutter holder
If the label tape cannot be cut neatly after continuous use, please replace
the cutter holder as shown in the following diagram.
