FUNCTION INSTRUCTION

1. Back of speaker

  1. RCA port ( AUX) : AUX input for connection audio source
  2. Optical port ( OPT) : OPT input for connection audio source
  3. Power ( ON/OFF) : power switch
  4. Power supply : support AC∼110V-240V 50/60Hz convenience receptacle
  5. Active speaker L-SP port ( L-SP) : connect passive speaker L-SP port
  6. Passive speaker L-SP port L-SP) : connect active speaker L-SP port
  7. INPUT : power on and standby mode, BT/AUX/OPT audio source selection
  8. MODE/Pairing : mode change and pairing function
  9. VOL+ : increase the total volume/Treble/Bass volume
  10. VOL- : decrease the total volume/Treble/Bass volume

  • Before operating the remote control,remove the film protecting of the battery.
  • Use the remote control at an angle no more than 30 degrees, no more than 7 meters away from the receiver.
  • Remove the battery from the remote control if the device is left unused for a long period of time.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

3. Operation of speaker control panel

INPUT : Turn on the speaker by first time press , the default input status is Bluetooth® mode, the blue LED will illuminate: press again,the input status is AUX mode, and the green LED will illuminate; and press again, the input is OPT mode, and the green LED will illuminate, circle in turn. Long press for three seconds, the speaker will standby.

 MODE/PAIRING : (1) In pairing successfully of Bluetooth® status, long press this button for three seconds, the speaker disconnected, other Bluetooth® devices can discover Eclipse speaker and pairing again.
(2) In any input status, press this button change Bass/Treble adjust mode, the Bass/Treble LED will illuminate, press”+”or “-“adjust Bass or Treble.
VOL+ : Press to increase volume. In Bass/Treble adjust mode, Press each time, bass/treble successive increase.
VOL – : Press to decrease volume In Bass/Treble adjust mode, Press each time, bass/treble successive decrease

4.Pairing with Bluetooth® devices

( 1) Please change the input status of Eclipse speaker to Bluetooth® mode, the blue LED will flashing, after hear warning tone “di”, indicates Eclipse speaker can be pairing.
( 2) Turned on the cellphone’s Bluetooth® function and searched, discovered Eclipse speaker in locate the Bluetooth® devices list.
( 3 ) From the Bluetooth® devices list, select the device named”Eclipse XX(XX is product’s number code).”if your device asks for a passkey, enter digits “0000” (four zeros) and press “OK” . The blue LED stops flashing, after hear warning tone “di”, indicates pairing is completed.
( 4 ) If speaker has connected with other Bluetooth® devices, press the pairing button for three seconds to disconnect, and speaker can be pairing again.
( 5 ) Play music with cellphone which connected successfully, the function of previous , next and pause can be operate by the remote control.

5.NFC technology audio transmission

Musilab Eclipse NFC technology audio transmission

( 1 ) Enable NFC on your cellphone.
( 2 ) Touch cellphone to the NFC activity field at the upper part of the speaker.
( 3 ) It will be automatically made a request for device connection.
( 4 ) Click “OK” on your cellphone screen, and the device is connected successfully.
( 5 ) To disable the connection, re-touch cellphone to the NFC activity field.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem Solution
No sound from the system
  • Check your speaker cords for damage that may be causing an open or short circuit.
  • Check the signal cable is properly connected and the control panel is correctly selected audio source

One speaker does not play or sounds distorted|

  • Check all connections between the speakers and sound source.
  • Check the connection cable with every speaker.

The entire speaker system sounds distorted|

  • Decrease the volume at the sound source.

Cannot pair the speaker with my Bluetooth® device|

  • Make sure your Eclipse speaker is Bluetooth® pairing mode (press INPUT select input status go to the blue LED illuminate).
  • Make sure the Bluetooth® capability on your device is turned on.
  • Reset the Eclipse speaker, long press PAIRING button for three seconds, disconnected with all Bluetooth® devices, then pairing again.

Speaker indicates a connection, but is not playing music|

  • Turn off or disable Bluetooth® on all other paired devices nearby and reconnect the device you want to hear.
  • Make sure the transport controls of the audio device are set to playback audio.
  • Make sure your Eclipse speaker is not muted, and turn up the volume.

Paired Bluetooth® device will not connect|

  • Turn the Eclipse speaker off and on again. Remove the speaker from the list of paired devices on your Bluetooth® device. Then pair the device and the speaker again.

The remote control is not working|

  • Replace the battery with a new one.
