Important safety instructions

WARNING

  1. The product is intended for household use only.

  2. Use the device as intended.

  3. Before u use, the product should be carefully checked .

  4. Do not turn on the heater if defects or damaged cable are identified.

  5. It is forbidden to set the device on water.

  6. Connect the device only to an AC power source.

  7. Use only the voltage indicated on the nameplate and packaging.

  8. Connect the heater only to a grounded outlet.

  9. Do not use a non-standard power supply.

  10. Make sure the heater is turned off before connecting it.

  11. Do not use the device outdoors.

  12. Protect the product from objects with sharp edges and high humidity.

  13. Do not touch the heater with wet hands.

  14. If water is present on the surface of the heater, immediately disconnect it from the power source.

  15. If the heater falls into water, immediately disconnect it from the power source.

  16. It is forbidden to put your hands in the water.

  17. Before the next use, the device must be checked by a specialist.

  18. After use, before cleaning or if a defect is identified, the device must be disconnected from the power source.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Use only the voltage indicated on the nameplate and packaging
  • Do not plug the unit into an outlet before mounting it on the wall or placing it on wheels.
  • Do not shield the unit during operation.
  • Do not insert foreign objects into the vent holes.
  • Do not pull the cord or twist the cord.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The electric convector heater is designed and manufactured according to the highest standards.
Our product has many advantages:

  • ease of installation thanks to the necessary mounting elements included,
  • the possibility of installation on the wall as well as standing on neat legs,
  • high efficiency thanks to the X-shaped heating element,
  • possible two modes of operation – ECO and COMFORT
  • made of pressed steel sheet coated with anti-corrosion coating and furnace varnish – materials
  • resistant to high temperatures
  • equipped with a thermostat that allows setting many different temperature settings,

Instructions

BEFORE USE

  1. Remove the heater from the box.
  2. Remove the packaging.
  3. Check the installation parts.

USING THE DEVICE

  • Place the heater on a stable and flat surface

  • Switch the thermostat knob to the off position

  • Connect the heater to the power source

  • Set the required temperature by turning the thermostat handle clockwise or counterclockwise.
    For quick heating of the room, set the thermostat handle to the maximum value. Once the desired temperature is reached, turn the thermostat handle counterclockwise until you hear a click. This will turn off the heating elements. The indicator light will also be turned off.

  • The heater will automatically turn on when the temperature drops and automatically turn off when the temperature rises. This allows you to maintain a comfortable ambient temperature.

  • If the device is not used for a long period of time, turn it off and disconnect it from the power source.

  • Note! Do not cover the product! Do not set the heater in the shower or pool.

  • Panel convection heaters should be mounted on the wall. Some units can also be placed on casters.

  • Mount the casters to the base as shown in Figure G1. Wall mounting in accordance with Figure G2.

  • Drill holes in the wall. The diameter of the holes should be about 8mm.

  • Fix the bracket with screws.

  • The distance between the bottom edge of the device and the floor should be at least 200mm.

  • The distance from other objects should be at least 200mm from the side and 500m from the front.

  • Pay attention to the correct positioning of the heater in relation to other objects.

  • It is forbidden to place the device under an outlet.

  • The degree of protection of the heater is IPX4.

Maintenance and specification

CLEANING

  • Allow the unit to cool down and unplug it from the power source before cleaning.
  • Do not use rough objects or solvents. Wipe the device with a soft damp cloth.
  • Remove dust from the surface of the device regularly.
  • It is forbidden to wash the device and put it in water!
  • If the device will not be used for a long time, wipe the surface of the device and store it in the box.
  • Store the device in a dry and ventilated room. Avoid the influence of high humidity and mechanical impacts on the device.

  • The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for direct or indirect damage caused by failure to observe this manual, general safety rules or interference with the construction of the product.

This marking indicates that the product cannot be disposed of with other municipal waste within the European Union. In order to prevent damage to the environment or human health caused by uncontrolled waste disposal, the device hould be recycled responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return a used device, please use the return and collection systems or contact the vendor from whom you purchased the product. The vendor can pick up the product and send it for environmentally safe recycling.

Warranty terms and conditions

  • The manufacturer provides a 24-month warranty period for the product for which this warranty card is issued.
  • This warranty covers latent defects in material, or design of the device that prevent its use as intended.
  • The maximum warranty claim is equal to one times the purchase value of the device qualified by the Guarantor for replacement. The Guarantor shall not bear any further costs caused by the defective operation of the device.
  • The warranty is valid in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • Product defects revealed during the warranty period will be removed free of charge within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the company’s headquarters. This does not apply to defects isted in item 14.
  • Any changes to the entries in the Warranty Card and traces of alterations or attempts to make structural changes to the product and independent repairs outside the authorized service, as well as the use of the product, in particular careless handling, exposure to liquids, moisture, exposure to corrosion or oxidation, revealed during the performance of warranty service, cause the warranty to cease to be valid.
  • The warranty is void if the warranty seal or factory number is tampered with.
  • The product is covered by a door-to-door warranty in Poland, so in the event of a recognised complaint, transport to the service centre takes place by courier at the manufacturer’s expense.
  • Complaints are reported via the service form on our website.
  • The condition for repair is to deliver the product with a signed warranty card and proof of purchase of the product (receipt, invoice).
  • The device should be properly packed and prepared for the courier. The service is not responsible for damage in transit resulting from improperly packed shipment.
  • In case of failure to meet any of the conditions of this warranty, the goods, in unaltered condition, will be sent back at the expense of the buyer.
  • All correspondence, returns, complaints, should be addressed to the service address listed on our website.
  • The warranty on the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or suspend the buyer’s rights arising from non-conformity of the goods with the contract.
  • The warranty does not cover deterioration of the product caused by normal wear and tear and the following cases:

Mechanical damage to the product and defects caused by it,

damages and defects caused by:

  • improper or inconsistent with the instructions for use, storage and maintenance,
  • using or leaving the product in inappropriate conditions (excessive moisture, too high or too low temperature, sunlight, etc.),
  • arbitrary (made by the user or other unauthorized persons) repairs, modifications or structural changes,
  • connection of additional equipment other than recommended by the product manufacturer,
  • abnormal supply voltage, overvoltage in the power supply system.
