GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children must never play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be carried out by children without supervision.
  2. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
  3. Keep the appliance and the cable cord out of the reach of children less than 8 years old.
  4. WARNING: To ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.
  5. If the supply cord is damaged it must be repaired by the Authorized Service Agent.
  6. Never pull on the cord when unplugging.
  7. Do not use the unit with a damaged cord or plug, or if it is not working properly.
  8. Do not handle the appliance with wet hands.
  9. Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
  10. Make sure the appliance has been unplugged before cleaning.
  11. This appliance must be installed following the national regulations for electrical installations.
  12. This appliance is for household use only.

IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS

  • Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Follow warranty instructions.
  • Place the fan on a flat, level surface to avoid tapping.
  • Do not hang the fan by the handle – use the handle for carrying only.
  • Do not operate the fan without the front grille attached.
  • Never insert fingers, pencils or any other object through the grille when a fan is running.
  • Disconnect the plug when moving from one location to another.
  • Be sure the fan is on a stable, even surface when operating to avoid overturning.
  • DO NOT USE fan in the window. Rain may create an electrical hazard. Do not leave the fan operating adjacent to an area where water has been collected to avoid the potential for electrical hazards.
  • This product is only designed for use in living areas (and is not suitable for places constantly exposed to dampness).
  • Do not place the fan near flames, cookers or heaters.

ASSEMBLY

Place tube 4 in the U-shape tubes (3), and secure with the screw provided. To put the wheels see pic.1, place screw 1 through the U-shaped tube, place washer 2 on the screw, then wheel 3, washer 4 and finally screw on the bar 5. For the other wheel perform the same process. Once placed the wheels, you can place the bar 1 to finish the assembly of the base, secure it with the screw provided.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1. Set the fan on a dry, level surface.
  • Step 2. Please make sure the speed knob is in the position 0. Plug the cord into any standard AC outlet.
  • Step 3. The speed is adjusted by moving the knob left or right to the desired setting. You can vary the speed between 1 (low), 2 (medium) and 3 (high).

TILT ADJUSTMENT
To change the tilting angle of the fan head move the fan head to the desired angle.

FAN STORAGE
The fan can be stored for the rest of the year fully assembled. The place where you store must be a safe, dry place. It is recommended that the original box is used, or at least a box with the appropriate dimensions.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Follow these instructions to correctly and safely care for your power fan. Please remember:

  • Always unplug the fan before cleaning or disassembling.
  • This machine only needs common external cleaning and wiping.
  • Do not allow water to drip on or into the fan motor housing.
  • Do not use any of the following as a cleaner gasoline, thinner or benzene.

DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
