Product Usage Instructions

Pairing with eWeLink APP

1. Download the eWeLink APP from the APP store.
2. Connect your phone to a 2.4GHz WiFi network and turn on Bluetooth.
3. Long press the pairing button on the device for more than 5 seconds until the blue LED indicator blinks twice quickly and then stays on.
4. Open the eWeLink APP and tap “Add Device” in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Follow the prompts on the screen to confirm the relevant information and select the WiFi network connected to your phone. Then click “Next”.
6. The LED indicator will flash once again, indicating that the pairing is successful.

Pairing with RM2.4G remote control

1. Open the added device on the eWeLink APP and click the settings icon in the upper right corner.
2. If you fail to enter Quick Pairing Mode (Touch), try Compatible Pairing Mode to pair.

FAQ

1. Q: What should I do if my phone is not connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network?
   A: To use this device, your phone must be connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. If your current network is not compatible, you may need to change your router settings or connect to a different WiFi network.

2. Q: How do I delete the RM2.4G remote control from the device?
   A: To delete the RM2.4G remote control, enter the added interface on the eWeLink APP and delete it from there.

Please check the following before using the device

• Your phone has been connected to a 2.4G WiFi.
• Your phone system version needs to be Android 5.0/iOS 10 or higher.
• Your phone must be able to access the APP store and download the APP.
• If your router has set Mac address filtering, please enter the router settings to turn off it.

Pairing with eWeLink APP

1. Download APP
2. Connect your phone to 2.4GHz WiFi and turn on Bluetooth.
3. Long press pairing button for more than 5 seconds until blus LED indicator blinks twice quickly and keeps on once to enter pairing mode.
4. Open eWelink APP, tap add device in the top right corner of the screen.
5. Select the wifi connected to the phone, confirm the relevant information, and click Next
6. After searching for the device, click on the right to add it

Compatible Pairing Mode

If you fail to enter Quick Pairing Mode(Touch),please try “Compatible Pairing Mode” to pair.

1. Long press Pairing button for 5s until the WiFi LED indicator changes in a cycle of two short flashes and release. Long press Pairing button for 5s again until the WiFi LED indicator flashes quickly. Then, the device enters Compatible Pairing Mode.
2. Tap “+” and select “Compatible Pairing Mode” on APP. Select WiFi SSID with ITEAD-** and enter the password 12345678,and then go back to eWeLink APP and tap “Next”. Be patient until pairing completes.

Pairing with RM2.4G remote control

1. Open the added device and click the settings icon in the upper right corner.
2. Select “eWeLink Remote”
3. Follow the prompts for the next step. The LED indicator “flashes once again” means the pairing is successful.

Note: If you need to delete the RM2.4G remote control, enter the added interface and delete it.
