To manually reset your Jabra Elite 7 Pro/Active to the default settings, follow these steps:
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and leave the lid open. Ensure your earbuds are sufficiently charged.
- Press and hold the Left and Right buttons on the earbuds simultaneously for 10 seconds until the earbud LEDs flash magenta.
- Close the lid of the charging case for 5 seconds to complete the reset.
Note: You cannot reset only one of the earbuds. Both earbuds will be reset simultaneously.
