Product Usage Instructions

Appearance

Plug in the device and press the power button on the left side of the machine while the white light is on. The gear knob backlight indicator will show different colors:

• Red: Preheating status. Please wait until the backlight turns blue.
• Blue: Working status. The device is ready for normal operation.
• Yellow: Alarm with beeping. Indicates water shortage or device idle for 8 minutes. Please shut down the device when beeping for safety reasons.

Stepless gear knob

Turn the knob to adjust the steam flow and press the gunjet button to release steam. The gear knob has the following settings:

• 0-MIN: No steam
• MIN-MAX: Stepless steam flow

Water tank

The transparent water tank is integrated with the machine body to avoid heavy installation actions when filling it with water. The upper part of the water tank serves as the water inlet. To fill the tank, press the flip cover to access the water injection nozzle. After filling, close the water tank by pressing the flip cover.

Triple protection

Before normal operation, follow these steps:

1. Plug in the power plug.
2. Press the power key.
3. Select the appropriate steam out gear using the gear knob.
4. Press the steam out button on the gunjet.

When cleaning is finished, press the gunjet button, adjust the gear to 0, turn off the power switch, and unplug the device.

Installation

This equipment offers two modes of installation:

• Strong nail-free paste non-destructive
  installation: Suitable for scenarios where drilling is not desired.

• Screw punching installation: Suitable for scenarios where a more secure installation is required.

How to use

Appearance

Plug in and press the power button on left side of the machine while the white light is on.

Gear knob backlight indicator:

Water tank

The transparent water tank is integrated with the machine body, so as to avoid the heavy installation action of the water tank when it is filled with water. The upper part of the water tank is the water inlet, and water can be made up by pressing the flip cover. After water make-up, the water tank can be closed by pressing the flip cover.

Triple protection

Installation

Storage

Portable

• When the place to be cleaned is far away from the equipment, the leather handle on the side of the machine body can be used to carry the equipment to the place to be cleaned.

Replaceable nozzle

• Different nozzles for different scenarios to achieve multi-functional cleaning effects.
• Press the white button on the front of the handling bar to remove the nozzle, replace with another nozzle firmly when hearing the click.

Cleaning and maintenance

1. When cleaning, disconnect the power supply first, unplug the machine, and wait for the machine to cool down.
2. The water tank is integrated with the machine body as a whole by design and cannot be taken out by force.
3. The machine body can be wiped with a dry soft cloth and stored in a dry and cool place.
4. Cleaning of the cleaning cloth: remove the cleaning cloth from the brush head assembly, clean and dry it for use.
5. Wash the silicone brush every time after usage.
6. Monthly maintenance is recommended. Add citric acid or white vinegar into the half-full water tank by the proportion of 1:100, launch the device to spray the steam till the water tank is empty.

Safety precautions

1. This product is for indoor use only, please do not use it outdoors.
2. Check to make sure that the voltage used by the steam machine must be the same as the power supply voltage.
3. Please do not leave the machine when it is in use, and unplug it when it is not in use.
4. When the container is not filled with water, please make up water in time.
5. Please do not use this product as a toy. Special attention should be paid when there are children, animals and plants nearby.
6. When connected to the power supply, the product is not allowed to be left unattended.
7. Avoid running for a long time in the state of water shortage in the tank to avoid damage to the heating body and the pump.
8. Do not turn over the machine when using it, do not jet steam at people, animals and plants, and to containers with chemical substances.
9. Do not immerse the machine in water or other liquids.
10. Do not touch the steam outlet as the machine and accessories will become hot when in use, and turn off the steam switch when replacing accessories.
11. If the power cord/steam tubing is damaged, to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or a professional from a similar department.
12. Do not use the power cord as a handle.
13. Avoid contact of the power cord with excessively hot objects.
14. Do not use an external power cord or a temporary external socket.
15. Unplug the power cord when not in use and do not pull the power cord.
16. Do not hold the machine and plug with wet hands.
17. Please keep the machine in a dry and light-proof place.
18. Do not add any clean solvent to the machine.
19. Do not pull out the nozzle and any connections while the machine is in operation to avoid scalding. After the gunjet switch is turned off, a small amount of steam will still be emitted from the machine, so please do not point the nozzle at others to avoid accidents.
20. The steam emitted from the machine will condense on the cleaning object and form water droplets, so do not aim the machine directly at switches, sockets and electrical components of various appliances to avoid accidents such as electric leakage.
21. There are high-temperature and high-heat parts inside this machine, so it is strictly forbidden to open or disassemble the main machine by yourself to avoid danger.
22. Do not use on materials whose surface cannot withstand high temperatures.
23. The steam nozzle cannot be aimed directly at the devices containing electrical components.

Failure analysis and troubleshooting

The product is in working condition and there is water in the water tank, but the steam discharge is small or no steam discharge

• Cause: mechanical failure
• Solution: immediately shut down the machine, disconnect the power supply and stop using it.

Principal machine failed to be started

• Solution: check whether the power plug is firmly inserted into the socket or check whether the power switch is turned on. If there is still no response, please contact customer service to apply for return and repair.

Water tank leakage

• Solution: Slow down the water refill speed if the water leakage is from the inlet of the water tank. Contact customer service if the water leakage is from the side or bottom of the water tank.
