If the light of TX keeps flashing after plugging TX / RX into the
corresponding device, it means that TX and RX are not paired.
Please follow the steps below to re-pair;

Use a sharp tool (such as a card pin, toothpick or others that can enter the hole) to insert into the hole of the TX port (there is a button in the hole), make sure to press the button successfully, After about 7-10s of pressing, the light
will disappear briefly, You can stop this operation at this time.

Use a sharp tool (such as a card pin, toothpick or others that can enter the hole) to insert into the hole of the RX port (there is a button in the hole), make sure to press the button successfully,Watch the TV screen while pressing the
button, Release the button when this text appears when this text appears. “Release the button to pair with Mate TX”

After this text,Will appear a “QR code(Ready to pair)” then shows “pairing… “and finally shows “pair ok”
(Note: If the QR code still does not appear, please repeat the above two steps.)
