FAQ

Q: Where can I find the data sheet for this product?

A: The data sheet is available on www.crouzet.com

Q: How do I remove the SSR from the DIN rail?

A: To remove the SSR, place a screwdriver on the clip and push it in the direction shown. Make sure to use the appropriate tool to avoid damaging the latching system.

Q: What should I do if there is no space between two SSRs?

A: In the event there is no space between two SSRs, reduce the load current. Forced cooling, such as using a fan inside the cabinet, significantly improves the thermal performance.

Q: How many wires are required for output and input wiring?

A: For output wiring, you can have 1 wire for direct connection without ferrules or 2 wires for direct connection with ferrules. The same applies to input wiring.

Q: What is the recommended tightening torque for the M5 screw?

A: The recommended tightening torque for the M5 screw is NM Min 0.4 / Max 0.5.

Q: Can I use this product with heat-sensitive materials?

A: The user should protect heat-sensitive materials as well as people against any contact with the product. For correct cooling, the SSR needs air convection. Less air convection produces abnormal heating. If there is no space between two SSRs, reduce the load current.

Q:How should I handle transient voltage?

A: For information on handling transient voltage, please visit www.crouzet.com.
