Product structure description

1. Charging socket (Type-C).
2. Weighing area: please place the required weighing items in the center.
3. Function button: In the power-on state, press the “M” that starts iming. Timing process, press this key then pause timing. Press and hold “M” for 3 seconds to exit timing. In normal mode, long press for 3 seconds to calibrate the 100g scale. Aftera long press for 3 seconds, “cal” will be displayed. Press the “M” key again to display 100 and flash. At this time, put the weight and start calibration. Complete when “pass” appears.
4. Pouwer button: Press this key to start the machine in the power-off state. In the power-onstate, press this key once to zero-setting. Double-click to open the espresso mode. In the espresso mode, double-click again to open the pour over mode. Press and ol for 3 seconds to shut down the poweron state. Operating instructions

1. Inorder to ensure that the product has normal power, please charge the product once before use.
2. When the power indicator symbol does not change, it means that the power is fully charged, please disconnect the power, and do not charge for a long time.
3. In order to achieve the best results, please place the product ona level hard surface.
4. The use of the environment requires no vibration, strong magnetic interference, and no wind place.

I. Boot up

1. Touch the startup screen.
2. Enter normal mode after zeroing.

II. Turn off and turn on the sound

1. Turn off sound: Press “M” twice within 3 seconds of power on (before zeroing), and “b-ff” will appear on the display.
2. Turn on sound: Press “M” twice within 3 seconds of power on (before zeroing), and “b-on” will appear on the display.

III. Normal mode

1. Place the hand-punching equipment on the weighing platform in turn, fully soak the coffee filter paper, and click the power button to zero-setting.
2. Add the ground coffee powder and check the weight of the coffee powder at this time. After adding. click the power button to zero-setting.
3. Click the “M” button to start timing, now you can start to brew coffee with water. During the timing process, press the “M” button again to pause the timing, and press and hold for three seconds to reset the timing to zero-setting.

IV. Espresso Mode

1. In normal mode, double-click the power button to enter the espresso mode, and the water drop symbol lights up and flashes (Turn on automatic lifting weight detection).

2. When the scale detects that the object on the scale plate is greater than 9g, it will be cleared automatically (the water drop symbol is still flashing). After clearing, it will be detected again.
   The automatic timing will be started only when the coffee drops into the cup are detected. To judge whether it is coffee liquid, the weight detected by the weighing platform at that time shall prevail (0.5-9g). If itis not within this range, it is judged that other equipment is being added. Automatically reset the weight.

3. When the coffee liquid is detected, turn on the automatic timing, the water drop symbol will be on for a long time, and the timing will be maintained until there is no weight increase on the scale platform (the interruption time is less than 5 seconds, adding 0.5-9g weight is still valid).
   If there is no increase of more than 0.5g within 5 seconds, the equipment will judge that the coffee injection process is completed.

4. In the process of adding coffee liquid, if the time is less than 15 seconds, the time will stop after 15 seconds, and the time and weight will flash synchronously after stopping the time.

V. Pour Over Mode

1. Inespresso mode, double-click the power button to enter the pour over mode, and the water drop symbol is on for a constant light(Fig. 1).

2. Place the hand-brewed coffee equipment on the scale plate and click the “M” key. The system (Fig. 2) flashes 3 times and then automatically clears the weight. At this time, the system starts automatic detection (Fig. 3). When the weight on the scale increases to more than 0.5g, start automatic timing (Fig. 4).

3. After the cooking is completed and the scale equipment is removed, the timing will stop automatically to display the time and weight of this cooking. Time and weight blink synchronously to record dlata.
   Valid data can only be recorded when the timing is greater than 38 seconds. Ifitl is less than 38 seconds, the weight data will not be displayed, but the timing will not stop.

4. During the brewing process, touch the “M” key a single time to pause/ start the timing. Long press the “M” key for 3 seconds or click the power button to zero-setting, and then restart the pour over mode. Double-click the power button to exit the pour over mode and enter the normal mode.

VI. Calibration and shutdown
I. Calibration: if you find that there is an error in weighing during use, you can press and hold the “M” key for three seconds under the power on state. When the cal character appears, click this key again, and 100 appears after the cal flashes. Please place 100g weight in the middle of the scale, display pass after calibration, and restart it after shutdown for normal use.
II. Power off: press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to power off. There is no operation under the power on state, and it will shut down automatically after standing still for about 3 minutes.

Warm Tips:

1. This product does not have a waterproof function and cannot be washed with water.
   The outside can be wiped witha wet towel.

2. This product is a precision device and cannot be disassembled by yourself. It should be handled gently when in use.

3. When plugging in or using rechargeable products, pay attention to using a suitable charging adapter. The adapter requires an output voltage of 5.1V and an output current of 1-2A. Also, please do not use it while charging.
