Ready? Let’s get started!
WiFi connection is required. We recommend using your home WiFi network for the initial set-up (Must be a 2.4Ghz network).
Note: Please ensure that the Collar is connected to the charger throughout the entire setup process. Additionally, make sure that your mobile phone and home WiFi router are within close range of the Collar to establish a successful connection to your home WiFi network.

Charge the PetPace Collar
Connect the collar to the charger as shown in the illustration above. When charged for theЃrst time, a blinking blue light will appear, indicating that the collar is ready to connect to the app. Will last for up to 20 minutes, then the LED will revert to Purple white while charging. -
Activate Bluetooth on your device.

Create your PetPace Account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the PetPace
Health Monitoring Collar with your phone. -
Once the setup is successfully completed the collar’s LED light changes to solid Purple White (not blinking).

Leave the collar connected to the charger until it is fully charged, and the LED light becomes green.

Place the collar around the pet’s neck, ensuring that the rectangular electronics box is at the front of the neck.Pull the free ends of the straps evenly, you should easily be able toЃt twoЃngers mfortably between your dog’s collar and their neck, and you can read the name PetPace from left to right.
Collar Led Lights Legend:
Blinking Blue – setup mode
Constant Purple White – charging
Constant Green – fully charged
Blinking Red – low battery or an error
Blinking Orange – battery empty
Water and Dust Poof:
The PetPace collar is IP68 certiЃed – meaningitis water resistant in fresh water to a maximum depth of 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes, and is protected from dust – all without the need for extra cases or covers. You can clean the collar with wet wipes or tap water, but remember to wipe it dry before charging.
