• Please don’t throw the battery into the fire, otherwise, the battery will be broken.
• Please don’t use it in a place of strong static electricity or electromagnetic waves, otherwise, the measured value may cause an error or breakdown.

HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT PET THERMOMETER

1. Use a digital fast pet thermometer to avoid the pet alarm or the pet not cooperating with the test. This pet thermometer can measure body temperature quickly and accurately in 20 seconds.
2. The thermometer with a slender head should be selected to avoid injury to pets. It is recommended to apply some lubricant when using.
3. Silicone soft head design is selected to prevent pets from not cooperating and causing injury during the test.
4. Choose convenient thermometer cleaning to avoid cross infection, or use alcohol for cleaning. This type of thermometer can be washed with water, but cannot be soaked in water.

HOW TO MEASURE PET TEMPERATURE SAFELY AND QUICKLY

1. For example, when measuring the temperature of dogs, cats, sheep, pigs, horses, and other animals, in order to prevent the animals from being frightened, it is best to find a person to help hold or touch them constantly, and say some words of comfort, or give some snack toys to distract attention.
2. Gently lift the pet’s tail and insert the thermometer into the pet’s rectum with a depth of about 1-2 inches (select different depths according to the size of the pet to be measured, or consult the pet doctor for guidance.
3. After inserting the thermometer correctly, press the thermometer start button to complete the measurement within 20 seconds

Tip:
Do not open the thermometer before inserting it into the pet’s rectum, which may lead to inaccurate measurement, because the thermometer only needs 20 seconds to produce results. Opening the thermometer in advance will affect the measurement results.

USAGE METHOD

1. Press the ” power” button, and after the beep, the screen is shown as the right chart.
2. The thermometer displays the temperature last time.
3. When it is ready to measure, put the thermometer in the correct place after ” °F”
4. When the temperature is no variation, °C or °F stops flashing, and the buzzer makes a sound, reminding you to confirm the result of the measurement.
5. Press the ” power” button again, and switch off.
   • The thermometer is self-closing after 10 min.
6. Press and hold the “power” button for 3 seconds to switch between °C and °F.

METHOD BATTERY REP CEMENT

If the screen is shown as the right chart. Please replace the battery.

Method

1. Open battery cover
2. Push the battery out by a small bar as per the arrow shown below
3. Push the battery in the direction of the arrow, + positive face-up

Battery:
alkaline button battery LR41.

CLEANSING AND DISINFECTION

The best way to clean the thermometer is by applying a disinfectant (e.g.70% ethyl alcohol) with a damp cloth.
