Zhouxing LOVE Tag App
Getting Started
Power On / Off
Remove the cover and remove the battery. Insert the battery, it should a ringing chime indicating it is powered on.
To power off, open the case and remove the battery.
Check For Updates
To use the Apple® Find My® app to locate this item, the latest version of iOS®, iPad®, or macOS® is recommended. The Find Items app on Apple Watch® requires the latest version of watches’®.
Add Your Love Tag
Start The App
Open Find My app on your supported iPhone®.
Connect Your Love Tag
Remove the cover to power on your Love Tag. Tap+, then “Add Other item” .
Once your Love Tag is located, tap “connect” Enter a name and choose an emoji for your Love Tag and tap “Continue”.
Find My will ask for confirmation to add your Love Tag to your Apple ID Tap “Agree” Tap “Finish” and your Love Tag will be set up and ready to be used.
Locate Your Love Tag
Find Love Tag When It’s Nearby
Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find items app on your Apple Watch.
Tap on your Love Tag from the list.
Tap “Play Sound” to make your Love Tag beep.
Tap “Stop Sound” to stop the beeps once you find.
Find Love Tag’s Location
Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find items app on your Apple Watch.
Tap on your Love Tag from the list.
Your Love Tag’s location will appear on the Map with a time stamp of when the item was located.
To navigate to the Love Tag’s location, tap “ Directions” to open Apple Maps.
Notifications
Enabling “Notify When Left Behind”
Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find items app on your Apple Watch.
Tap on your Love Tag from the list.
Under “Notifications” enable the “Notify When Left Behind” toggle.
You will receive a notification when you leave your Love Tag behind and it’s no longer in range of your device.
Enabling “Notify When Found”
Under “Notifications”, enable the “Notify When Found” toggle.
When your Love Tag is seen by another Find My network device, you will receive a notification of its location.
Note :” Notify When Found” can only be activated when your Love Tag is out of range.
When Your Love Tag ls Lost
Enabling “Lost Mode”:
Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab or open the Find items app on your Apple Watch.
Tap on your Love Tag from the list.
Under “Lost Mode” tap “Enable”
A screen detailing Lost Mode will pop up, tap “Continue” Enter your phone number or email address and tap “Next”.
You may enter a message that will be shared with the person that finds your item.
Tap “Activate” to enable “Lost Mode”
Note: When “Lost Mode” is enabled, “Notify When Found” is automatically enabled.
Note: When” Lost Mode” is enabled, your Love Tag is locked and cannot be paired to a new device.
Resetting Love Tag
Remove The Love Tag From Find My App: Open Find My app and select the “Items” tab.
Tap on your Love Tag from the list.
please ensure “Lost Mode” is disabled.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap “Remove item”.
A summary will open, tap “Remove” to confirm.
Factory Reset Your Love Tag
After successfully removing the Love Tag from Find My app, Open the case and remove the battery. Insert the battery and hear a sound. This sound indicates that the battery is connected.
When you hear a sound, repeat the operation for four more times: remove the battery, Insert it. You should hear a sound every time you Insert the battery ;
A total of five sounds will be heard during the whole process. The fifth tone is different from the first four, which indicates that the accessory is now ready for pairing.
The Love Tag is now reset and ready to be paired to a new Apple ID.
Extras
Replace The Battery
lade the opening slider on the back of your Love Tag to carefully open the shells.
Replace the battery with a new CR1632 battery placing it positive side up (text facing up).
Carefully close the Love Tag by aligning the top hole on both sides.
Unwanted tracking
If any Find My network accessory separated from its owner is seen moving with you over time, you’ll be notified in one of two ways:
- lf you have an iPhone, iPad®, Find My will send a notification to your Apple device. This feature is available on iOS or iPad OS 14.5 or later.
- lf you don’t have an iOS device or a smartphone, a Find My network accessory that isn’t with its owner for a period of time will emit a sound when it’s moved.
These features were created specifically to discourage people from trying to track you without your knowledge.
