Installation Instructions

Step 1: Assembly of bike trainer

  1. open the box, check all parts and quantity according to the spare part list.
    • Installation
    • As shown in Figure 2, unfold the supporting foot stand of the bike trainer on the ground. Make the bike trainer stable by rotating the base sleeve on the base tube, so that the four pedestal sleeves can fully contact the ground at the same time, and the riding platform does not shake.
    • As shown in Figure 3, move the adjusting foundation to the bottom by hand.
    • As shown in Figure 4 and 5, install the reducing wheel on the frame and penetrate the adjusting knob into the pin hole.
    • As shown in Figure 6, turn the adjusting knob anticlockwise to the proper position and pull the quick tightening wrench up.

Step 2: Bike installation

  • First check whether the tire pressure of the bike is at normal state.
  • Install the bike on the bike trainer. adjust the T-handle of the left knob to make the bike tire roughly in the middle of the roller. After fixing the bike, push the handle lock ring to the Innermost side, as shown in Figure 7.
  • Adjust the adjusting knob clockwise to make the roller tightly touch the tire, and then tighten the adjusting knob for one and a half to two turns to make the roller fully fit the tire.

Step 3:  Placing front wheel riser block

  • As shown in Figure 8, fix the standard front wheel fixed seat right below the front wheel of the bike.

Step 4: Trail operation

  • Confirm again that the bike is firmly Installed and fixed, and the frame is fully fitted with the ground without tilt.
  • While riding, first step on the crank at a slow speed, If there is no first step on the crank at a slow speed, and then Increase the speed without any abnormality, you can then increase the speed

Care and Maintenance

Care

  1. The product can be folded for storage, Operation method: Close the supporting stand foot in. Pay attention to avoid hurting hands when folding them.
  2. The product shall be stored in a clean and dry indoor environ- ment, avoiding direct sunlight, away from fire and water sources or other dangerous goods.
  3. Just wipe the product with a clean cloth for cleaning. Do not use detergent, cleaning powder or other chemical solvents to clean it, so as not to damage the surface paint of the bike trainer.

Exception / Reason and Solution

  • Bike shaking
    • The ground is rough, or the user fail to level the bike trainer according to the instructions. Please level the bike trainer according to step 1.
    • The handle is not locked in place and the bike Is not firmly fixed
  • Bike tires are seriously worn
    • Check whether the tire pressure Is low and inflate to make up the tire pressure.
    • Check whether the roller and the bike are too closely or loosely contacted, adjust according to step 2-3
  • Noise
    • The noise is mainly related to the materials and tread of bike tires. The use of road bikes is highly suggested because the spinning sound will be louder and it possible to wear out the tires if mountain bike is used. We also recom mend using the bike trainer on a carpet to reduce noise.
