Product Usage Instructions

Downloading the App:

To use the AS03 camera, you need to download the iWFCam software. Follow the instructions below based on your phone’s operating system:

For Apple Phones:

  1. Go to the App Store on your Apple phone.
  2. Search for the app name “iWFCam”.
  3. Download and install the iWFCam software.

For Android Phones:

  1. Open your cell phone browser.
  2. Scan the QR code below using your phone’s camera:
  3. Select “Direct Download Android APK” to download the iWFCam software.
  4. Install the downloaded software.

Powering On and Off:

To turn on the AS03 camera, follow these steps:

  • Long press the “ON/OFF” button for about 3 seconds.
  • The red light will stay on and the blue light will slowly flash.

To turn off the camera, follow these steps:

  • Long press the “ON/OFF” button for about 3 seconds.

Connecting to the Network:

If there is no network connection, follow these steps:

  1. Long press the “ON/OFF” button for about 3 seconds to put the camera into standby mode.
  2. Open the phone’s WLAN settings page and connect to the WiFi signal with the name “BH***”.
  3. Click “Use” when prompted that the current WLAN is not available for Internet access.
  4. Return to the main page of the phone.
  5. Open the installed iWFCam app and make sure the phone stays connected to the camera’s WiFi.
  6. Wait for the pop-up window or manually search for and add the camera in the app.
  7. After adding the camera, click “Cancel” and then “Skip” to directly watch the live screen and make camera settings.

Remote Connection Settings:

To access the camera remotely, follow these steps:

  1. When the camera is online in the app, click the Settings button at the bottom right corner of the camera view.

Indicator Description

  1. No network connection [AP mode]: red  light is always on, blue light flashes slowly
  2. Remote mode [IP mode] is connected to the WiFi network: red light is always on, the Blue light is always on.
  3. Remote mode [IP mode] is not  connected to the network: indicator light flashes fast
  4. Indicator light can be turned on/off in APP.

No network connection

  1. Long press the (OFF) ON/OFF button for about 3 seconds to put the camera into standby mode

  2. Open the settings (as in Figure 1) into the phone’s WLAN settings page to find the WiFi signal with the name BH*** (as in Figure 2) and connect to it (that is, switch the phone’s connected WiFi to the camera’s WiFi signal) (as in Figure 3)

  3. The WLAN setting page will pop up “The current WLAN is not available for Internet access. Click Use (as in Figure 4)

  4. In the upper left corner of the WLAN settings page click to return to the main page of the phone.  (As shown in Figure 5)

  5. Open the previously installed APP(iWFCam) (as in Figure 6) to make sure the phone stays connected to the camera’s WiFi, after connecting the camera’s WiFi, please wait patiently for the pop-up window, or you can search manually (as in Figure 7) Add the camera (as in Figure 8) and show it online, you can also refresh it manually. (As in Figure 9) After the APP main page will pop up (As in Figure 10) Click Cancel (as in Figure 11) Click Skip, at this point click in to directly watch the live screen and make some settings for the camera (Figure 12).

Remote connection settings

  1. When the APP camera is online (as in Figure 13), click the Settings button at the bottom right corner of the camera view in the APP (as in Figure 14)
    Go to Advanced Settings (Figure 15), go to WiFi in Advanced Settings, Connect and Configure WiFi (Figure 16), select the WiFi in use at your home and enter the correct WiFi password (Figure 17) then  WiFi and enter the correct WiFi password (as in Figure 17) and then Click Confirm

Sleep function

  1. Set the camera “sleep” function, when the camera is successfully connected to the network  After the camera is successfully connected to the network, turn on the hibernation mode in the advanced configuration (Figure 21)
    In the Hibernation Set on/off in the hibernation mode page (as in Figure 22) or set on/off in the main page of APP (as in Figure 213) When you don’t use or watch the product, the product willautomatically enter hibernation mode to achieve a longer working time.

  1. When connecting, please make sure the  distance between the camera and router is not more than 10 meters away from the router.
  2. Only 2.4G WiFi is supported and the name and password are composed of letters or numbers. numbers, do not support WiFi names and passwords containing Chinese characters and special symbols.

Encrypting the camera

You can add a password for the camera in the APP, the default password of the camera is 8888.  The default password of the camera is 8888, if you change the password and forget it, you can reset the camera to the default password 8888. the  camera back to the default password 8888

About motion detection alarm (if this function is required)

Troubleshooting
