Product Usage Instructions

Set-Up Guide:
Your Luxchoice air bed comes with a built-in air pump and a 2 Stage Valve. The 2 Stage Valve is used for both inflation and deflation. It consists of three parts: the bleeder valve with valve lip, the middle valve, and the upper cap.

Inflation:
To inflate the air bed, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the inflate/deflate valve is turned to the inflated position.
  2. Connect the built-in air pump to a power source.
  3. Press the inflate button on the air pump to start inflation.
  4. Monitor the firmness of the bed and stop inflation when desired firmness is reached.

Optional Inflation Procedure:

If the air bed becomes soft during the first day of use, it may require additional inflation to maintain the desired firmness. Simply repeat the inflation steps mentioned above to reinflate the bed.

Deflation

To deflate the air bed, follow these steps:

  1. Turn the inflate/deflate valve to the deflate position.
  2. Allow the bed to deflate completely.
  3. For faster deflation, you may open the bag and store the deflated bed until the next use.

Folding Instructions:

After complete deflation, follow these steps to fold the air bed:

  1. Lay the bed on a flat surface with the sleeping surface facing upwards.
  2. Fold the bed according to the provided instructions, considering the pump side.

Care and Maintenance:

Follow these guidelines to ensure proper care and maintenance of your air bed:

  1. Place the bed in a safe area, away from sharp edges, steps, drops, or breakable items.
  2. Avoid contact with sharp or protruding objects as they may cause cuts or tears that are not covered by the warranty.
  3. Use the included repair patches for any incidental damage. Follow the repair instructions carefully.
  4. When not in use, store the bed in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures.

Cleaning

Follow these steps to clean your air bed:

  1. Do not submerge the mattress in water.
  2. For spot cleaning, use a clean alcohol-damp cloth or clean wipes to wipe the surface of the mattress.
  3. If necessary, apply a clear liquid dish detergent without dye to the stained area and gently rub.
  4. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry. Allow the bed to air dry completely before storing.

Repairing an Air Leak:

If you suspect an air leak in your air bed, follow these steps to repair it:

  1. Wipe the bed with mild soapy water over the area where the leak is suspected. Do not submerge the mattress in water.
  2. If there is a leak, bubbles will form around the leakage area.
  3. Follow the cleaning instructions for the leak area.
  4. Use the included patch kit. Tear off the clear side of the patch and press it firmly over the puncture area.
  5. Wait for one hour before inflating the bed again.

  • A: Please check the following if there is any air leakage:

IMPORTANT WARNING

  • This is not a water toy or flotation device. Use as a bed only.
  • It is not recommended for children under three years old.
  • This bed is not intended for infants or persons with limited mobility. They may roll off of the bed and become entrapped between the bed and walls and suffocate.
  • Do not use this bed on abrasive surfaces or near pointed sharp, or protruding objects. Bed may puncture. Remove all sharp objects from the area the bed will be used in.
  • Do not step or jump on the bed, or use it as a trampoline. Standing, jumping, or walking on the bed may result in injury or damage or puncture to the bed.

PLEASE NOTE

Stretching is a natural occurrence of new vinyl. During the first day of use, this air bed may become soft and require additional inflation to maintain the desired firmness.

SET UP GUIDE

Your Luxchoice air bed has a built-in air pump as well as a 2 Stage Valve. The 2 Stage Valve is used for inflation and deflation.This Valve is constructed in three parts:

  1. Bleeder valve with valve lip

INFLATION

  1. Place your bed on a flat surface free of debris, obstructions, and sharp objects.
  2. Spread the bed out so that it can fill easily. Allowing the bed to”unfold” itself may place an unnecessary strain on the bed and the pump.
  3. Make sure the Middle Valve and Upper Cap are closed.
  4. Turn the inflate/deflate valve (B) on the built-in pump to the inflate position to inflate the bed.
  5. Turn the inflate/deflate valve to the off position once the desired firmness has

OPTIONAL INFLATION PROCEDURE

This Luxchoice air bed comes with a secondary inflate/deflate option (A) for use with portable air pumps as a backup to the installed automatic pump. To use a portable air pump (does not include extra air pump), follow these instructions:

  1. The middle valve must be pushed in tightly to the bleeder valve ①. The upper cap must be removed from the middle valve in order to inflate.
  2. Ensure inflate/deflate valve (B) is in the off position.
  3. Insert the portable pump into the middle valve ②.(Use proper pump adapter fitting if needed.)
  4. Remove the portable pump and switch off. (The middle valve has a built-in stopper that will automatically close when the pump is removed stopping any air loss.)
  5. Replace the upper cap ③.

DEFLATION

  1. Turn the inflate/deflate valve (B) to the deflate position to deflate the bed.
  2. Deflate until the bed is fully deflated. For faster deflation, you may open the middle valve ②.
  3. Turn the inflate/deflate valve to the off position to turn the pump off.
  4. Fold the bed according to the folding instructions below place it into a carrying bag and store it until the next use.

FOLDING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Upon complete deflation, lay the bed on a flat surface with the sleeping surface facing upwards and fold according to the steps below.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

  3. Wet the stained area thoroughly; gently rub the stained area with detergent. Blot the area to remove the staining substance.

REPAIRING AN AIR LEAK

  1.  Wipe the bed with mild soap water over the area to find a possible air leak. DO NOT SUBMERGE THE MATTRESS IN WATER! If there is a leak bubbles will form around the leakage area.
  2. Follow cleaning instructions for the leak area.
  3. Use the included patch kit, tear off the clear side of the patch, and then press the patch firmly over the puncture area.
  4. Wait one hour before inflating.

WARRANTY POLICY

Luxchoice Air Beds are warranted against defects in material and workmanship. We offered warranty. Problems covered by the warranty include failure of the pump, seams or the valve. Punctures or wear to thebed due to use or abuse are not covered. It is normal for an airbed that has been inflated for extended periods to require the addition of air after a few days. Air will be lost from the bed through the material over time. Also , cooling of the air around the bed will cause the air inside the bed to contract, and the bed will be softer and may need refilling.
