The Button – User Interface

Reset Button: The reset mode will override all your previous settings if you press the reset button for 5 seconds.

Test Button:

To manually open or close the door, press and hold the “TEST” button.
When the door is fully opened or fully closed, press the “TEST” button, and the door will run in the opposite direction. -
When you release “TEST” button, the door will stop running. pressing the “TEST” button at any time will also stop the door, additionally, if it detects poultry or a human.

Tips:
- Only the reset button can reset the unit. Disconnecting the power does not restore the system to the factory settings. You don’t have to spend time on annoying settings after a power failure.
- The reset process includes both the opening process and the closing process. Once you press the reset button, wait for the reset process to finish.
Our device will detect the performance of the door
Motion Sensor
- When the door is closing, poultry or humans will be detected by the motion sensor within the detection range. The closing process will pause and reopen the door until the poultry or human moves away from the detection range.
- When the door is closing, people should stand outside the detection range.
- The motion sensor has a detection range radius of 30cm.
LED indicator light meanings
- Bluetooth LED: The LED blinks blue when the door is not connected. When the door is connected, the LED remains steadily blue.
- Door Status LED: Blinks green = door is opening. Steady green = door is fully open. Blinks red = door is closing. Steady red = door is fully closed.
How to mount the door

Mark the location of the opening on a flat surface.

Drill at the corners of the marked opening.

Saw off the opening by connecting the holes.

CAUTION! Do not bend the door during installation.

Gently screw in the 4 M4 tapping screw s and washers using hand tools.

CAUTION! Leave the screw head 0.5-1 MM away from the frame.

Remove the drive unit by unscrewing the 4 M4 screws and 6 M3 screws.

Insert the terminal into the base, press “TEST” button to stop the motor.
Make sure the side with arrows is facing up! -
Remove the insulation pads from the button battery.

Test the door to ensure it runs smoothly, which can extend the motor’s lifetime.

Screw the drive unit back, then press the “RESET” button. Once the reset process is complete, the installation is finished.

It establishes virtual boundaries that can trigger alerts based on the presence of poultry.
Download and Sign Up for the App
Search for “HPLINK” on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store,download the app, and sign up for an account.
How to pair the door with the app
- Power on the unit.
- Download the APP, sign up for an account, and enable your phone’s Bluetooth.
- Click the ” ( ) “, then click “#Add Device” to enter “ Add Device ” page, select “HPLink E6” to connect the unit. Wait for 3-5 seconds until the status change to “Connected.”
Tips:
If you accidentally delete the correct device, click “Add Device” to scan for
nearby Bluetooth devices, and click the “HPLink E6” to connect.
Door switch and door status.
- When the app is in a connected status with the door, ” ” indicates that the door is currently open, while “ ” indicates that the door is closed.
- On the “Controller” page, the third module is used to detect whether the door is functioning properly in both opening and closing.
How to set door timer
The app will synchronize the mobile phone time with the door when the app is connected to the door. Therefore, your mobile phone time needs to be set correctly according to the local time zone.
- Opening Hours“ ”means no specific opening time is configured. Closing Hours“ ”indicates that no specific closing time is set.
- Adjust the timer settings by sliding the numbers up and down.
Tips:
It would be better to allocate about 30 minutes after “dark” for stragglers.
Emergence battery and charger

This system has a built-in battery. Without any external power supply, this battery can power the door for nearly 1 week. The battery can be charged within 5 hours when the system is connected to the power grid or a solar panel.

We have specifically designed the emergence batteries for this system, and other brand batteries are probably not compatible with our system.

While we use high-quality battery materials, extremely low temperatures in winter can still lead to reduced battery capacity. At -10℃, the capacity may decrease by 7%. At -20℃, it could drop by approximately 18%.
At -30℃, the reduction might be around 28%. -
To maintain battery performance, avoid exposing them to direct sunlight and rain.
