Power On (First Time User)
Step 1: To switch the earbuds on (Smart Power On) simply open the lid of the charging case (when earbuds are inside). Our!WV’ (Insta Wake N’ Pair) Technology enables the earbuds to power on automatically, get connected, and enter into the connection mode.
OR
Long touch the CTC on both earbuds for 3 seconds to manually power on the earbuds.

Step 2: Both earbuds automatically pair with each other. The earbuds enter into the Connection Mode.

Step 3: Turn on the Bluetooth functionality on your phone/media device and scan.
Step 4: Search for ‘Airdopes 393ANC’ and pair accordingly. Congratulations! Your earbuds are connected successfully via Bluetooth
Note:

Pairing Mode: It lasts for 5 minutes. If the pairing time is missed then you will need to reconnect the ear-buds and follow the above-mentioned procedure
Airdrops 393ANC remembers previously connected devices; once switched on and within the optimum range, the ear-buds automatically reconnect to the previously connected devices

Single Earbud Usage Step

1: Please note that both earbuds can be used in mono mode. Use Smart Power On or Manual Power On for switching on the desired earbud
Step 2: The selected earbud will automatically enter the connection mode
Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth on your phone/media device and search for ‘Airdopes 393ANC’ to connect

Note:

To switch to Stereo mode, simply take out the other earbud from the case. It will automatically power on and pair with the previously selected earbud, hence enabling Stereo usage
You cannot skip tracks or return to the previous tracks in Mono mode

Quick Guide – Functionalities

3 Seconds		Long touch left CTC for 3 sec to activate voice assistant
3 Seconds	Long touch both CTCs for 3 sec to manually power on
5seconds	Long touch both CTCs for 5 sec to manually power off
10 Seconds	Long press the Reset Button on the case for 10 sec to perform a

factory reset

CTC (Capacitive Touch Control)

Charging the Case

Step: To charge the case, plug one end of the provided cable into the case and connect the other end to a computer/ wall adapter/ power bank, etc.

Note:

To Troubleshoot and Reset the earbuds, you can perform a factory reset.
Case LED indication about inserting earbud into the case – This is to indicate TWS is charging from the case Oi fa ae len arlols=1ep) indicate with CYAN for LEFT bud for 5 seconds
PURPLE for RIGHT bud for 5 seconds
if both are properly charged BLUE for 5 seconds
Full Charge: When both are fully charged, it gets indicated by a solid Green LED.

Charging the Earbuds
Step: Please insert the earbuds back inside the charging case in the correct orientation. During charging, the LED on the earbuds stay solid red. Once fully charged, the LEDs turn off.
Note:

Before using the earbuds for the first time, it is recommended to fully charge the earbuds. Also, please keep the lid of the charging case closed while charging.

Basic Functions

Ambient Mode: In Normal mode (Ambient OFF and ANC OFF) long touch the right CTC for 3 seconds to activate Ambient Mode for transparency towards the audible surroundings. Now you can stay mindful of your surroundings even while the playback is on the go. By default, the playback mode is set on Ambient Mode.
Active Noise Cancellation: In Ambient Mode, long touch the right CTC again for 3 seconds to activate ANC mode. Now you can cancel out the external noise and let yourself fully immerse in your playlists.
Normal Mode: Long touch the right CTC again for 3 seconds to switch back to Normal Mode.
Playback mode cycle: Ambient Mode (default) — ANC Mode — Normal Mode
Voice Assistant: Long touch the CTC on left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant.
Answer Call: Single tap the CTC on either earbud to answer incoming calls
Hang Up / Reject Calls: Double tap the CTC on either earbud to end/reject calls
Play/Pause Music: Single tap the CTC on either earbud to play or pause music
Next Track: When playing music, double tap the right CTC to skip to the next song
Previous Track When playing music, double tap the left CTC to start the song from the beginning or return to the previous song
BEAST”‘ Mode: Triple tap the left CTC to switch to Low Latency mode, also known as the BEAST’N Mode. Once switched on, it gets notified via a sound prompt. Triple tap the left CTC again to turn it off. Made for the Gamers – By Gamers, BEAST” Mode reduces the latency significantly and improves the overall gaming and entertainment experience.
ENXTM Tech: Our ENxTM tech algorithm cancels out the background noise so that you can be heard crystal clear via voice calls. One need not activate ENx’74 as the mic is equipped with the same and activated by default. Deliver your voice without interruptions anywhere -traffic, railway stations, airports, workspace: literally anywhere!

Note:

Volume can only be controlled via the media device

Voice Assistant

Step 1: Long touch the CTC on left earbud for 3 seconds to activate the voice assistant
Step 2: The respective voice assistant screen pops up and you may place your commands at ease

Tips: You may try out the following commands, Note: If the voice assistant doesn’t get triggered then the functionality has to be first enabled via your media device.

Smart Power Off
Step 1: After usage, remove both the earbuds from your ears
Step 2: Place the earbuds back into the charging case in the correct orientation and close the lid
Step 3: The earbuds will automatically switch off (and enter charging mode)

Manual Power Off
Step 1: Long touch both CTCs for 5 seconds to manually power off the earbuds
Step 2: Once the earbuds get turned off, place them back inside the case and close the lid

Factory Reset

Perform the Factory Reset in case you face any difficulty while operating your Airdopes 393ANC
“NOTE: Before performing reset, clear “Airdopes 393ANC” from pairing device history by forgetting device.
Step 1: Place the earbuds inside the case.
Step 2: While the earbuds are inside the case, long-press the Reset Button for 10 seconds until led blinks 5 times on the charging case as well as the earbuds (keep the lid open).
Step 3: Close the lid and then re-open it again after a few seconds.
Step 4: Perform a fresh connection attempt and enjoy! Congratulations!
Your Airdopes 393ANC has been Reset, now you may perform a fresh pairing procedure to establish a connection.

Troubleshooting

If the Touch Controls don’t seem to respond| After long usage, residual stains and to perspiration can affect the touch control area, please use a clean cloth to wipe softly

Warning

It is recommended to utilize the product below the maximum volume in order to protect hearing and extend the earbud’s service life.
Advisable: The earbuds start at 100% volume and it may need to be reduced when the earbuds are switched on at first. This can be done by using the phone/media device.
