Product Usage Instructions

Connect Network

System Interface Connection

1. On the first use, the digital photo frame will enter the system interface.
2. In the system interface, go to settings to connect to Wi-Fi.
3. Tap on WLAN in the screen to go to the WLAN page.
4. Select the network you want to connect to.
5. Enter the Wi-Fi password and select the connect button through the remote control to complete the connection.

Network Connection within the Screen

1. Open the sidebar and click the System Settings button to jump to the system settings.

How to Log In, Dialogue, and Update

How to Log In
During initial start-up, a QR code interface will automatically pop up. Use the Come Drawing APP to scan the code. If unable to download the app, log in using your account password.

No Digital Person Selection
If there is no digitizer to select after entering, check the following reasons.

How to Update

1. Swipe left on the right side of the screen to call out the side menu.
2. Click Detect Update to complete the update.
3. If you can’t see the button to check for updates, open your browser and enter the following URL to download the installer update: Download Here

How to Open the Sidebar

1. The sidebar integrates rotation settings, language switching, account switching, cache cleanup, version updates, and other functions.
2. For touch screen devices, swipe left from the right edge of the screen.
3. For remote control devices, press the [right key] of the remote control to open the menu bar.

About Screen Rotation

For 10.1-inch devices:

1. Open the system settings interface, find more settings, and enter.
2. Select the home screen rotation. For vertical screen, select 90 or 270. For horizontal screen, select 0 or 180.

For 32-inch devices:

1. Open the system settings interface, find the display, and push enter.
2. Select the screen mode as Horizontal or Vertical.

When using the digital photo frame, you must be connected to the network, otherwise you will not be able to have a real-time dialog, the following are tutorials and related instructions on how to connect to the network and how to have a dialogue.

Connect Network

   • In the first use, it will enter the system interface of the digital photo frame, where you need to enter the settings to connect to WIFI.
   • Tap WLAN in the screen to go to the WLAN page.
   • Tap on the network you want to connect to.
   • Input the WIFI password, after finished inputting, select the connect button through the remote control to complete the connection.

2. Connecting to the network within the screen
   Open the sidebar and click the System Settings button to jump to the system settings.

  • Touch screen devices: long press the QR code
  • Non-touch screen devices : three consecutive taps of the arrow keys on the up.
  • b. Regarding the selection of the digital human, if there is no digitizer to select after entering, it may be due to the following reasons.
  • Network problems, can go back to re-enter or wait a little longer
  • Digital human data is not configured under this account, you can contact to add the data

How to talk

• When the wave icon appears at the bottom, it means that it is listening to the audio input, and you can talk directly at this time.
• When listening to the input content, it will play a “ding dong” sound, which means that it is recognized successfully and starts to think.
• When the digital person finishes the conversation, it will repeat step a, and the wave icon will appear, then you can continue the conversation.
• If the wave icon does not appear, it means that it is not listening to the audio input and the dialog is invalid.

Failure to awaken?

• Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet and have a good network.
• Please make sure the wave icon appears before you speak.
• Dialog unresponsive
• Please make sure that you are connected to the internet and have a good network.
• Please make sure that you hear the “ding-dong” sound and the wave icon disappears after you speak.
• We need to wait for a while, the dialog needs to wait for the AI to think, text-to-speech, video rendering and other processes
• If it has been more than 1 minute since the end of the last conversation, you need to wait a while after waking up because you have to re-establish the connection.
• Please note that after staying on the dialog screen for a minute, the server will disconnect, at which point reconnecting the dialog will require a new connection.

Dialog stuttering, screen painting, green screen and other abnormalities during dialogs

• Please make sure the network is good, real-time video streaming requires a stable network, otherwise there will be problems.
• Please make sure that the language setting is consistent with the current geographic location, such as setting in the country, then set to Chinese, foreign settings for English.
• Because we will choose to connect to different push-flow servers according to different languages, if we connect to foreign servers in China, it will cause latency to rise, and the same applies to foreign countries.
