VDI 19316 Small But Mighty RC Car

PREPARATION

  1. Take out the transmitter and mini racer from the box.
    Press down the RELEASE BUTTON, slide the mini racer in the direction shown to release it.

  2. Slide the transmitters battery compartment cover and open it.

  3. Insert 2×1 .5V “AA” batteries with the correct polarity, then replace the battery compartment cover.

  4. Press any button, the signal indicator light indicates that the battery is installed correctly.

CHARGING THE CAR

  1. Open the charger cover on the transmitter as illustrated and take out the CHARGING PLUG.

  2. Insert the CHARGING PLUG to the CHARGING JACK on the bottom of the racer. The INDICATOR will light up to show the charging is 1n process.

  3. It takes about 6 minutes for a fully charge. When the indicator goes off, it shows charging is complete.

OPERATION

  1. Turn on the racer, the lights on the racer will keep flashing. Install batteries to the transmitter, the lights on the car will stop flashing and go off.
    It shows the signal is connected and it’s ready to go.

  2. The transmitter is full-function

  3. The SIGNAL INDICATOR lights up when any button on the transmitter is pressed.

  4. The mini racer runs forward and lights up its headlights when the transmitter’s FORWARD button is pressed. The mini racer runs reverse and lights up its tail. lamps when the transmitter’s REVERSE button is pressed.

  5. Press the LEFT/RIGHT button on the transmitter while the mini racer is running forward or reverse the mini racer will make left/right turns.

  6. The RELEASE BUTTON on the transmitter is used to release the mini racer which is locked on the transmitter when packaging.

  7. The DIRECTIONAL GUIDE is used to adjust the mini racer’s direct-line-running-performance.

Do not operate “RIC Car” when charging.

CAUTIONS

  • Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
  • Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommend are to be used.
  • Exhausted batteries should be removed from the product.
  • Do not dispose of batteries in fire, or batteries will explode or leak.
  • The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited.
  • Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
  • Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
  • Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
  • Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the product before being charged (if removable).
  • Remove batteries if the product is not to be used for an extended period.
  • The packaging has to be kept since it contains important information.
