Will this work if somebody with a key unlocks the door lock?
A: Yes, because the claw of the lock goes into where the door closes. The red wedge will still hold the door closed. So even if someone has a key, he cannot open the door.
Q: Are there any requirements for the direction of the red device when installing this portable door lock?
A: Yes. Please note that you should install the red wedge on the same side as the door handle.

How to Use
- Step 1: Open the door and insert the claws into the strike of the door.
- Step 2: Close and lock the door.
- Step 3 : Insert the moving rod into the butterfly hole and then jam the red wedge down.
- Step 4: The installations are completed. Hope this extra security brings you peace of mind.
- Attention 1 The picture shown on the left is incorrect. Please install the red wedge in the right direction.
- Attention 2 Please note that the red wedge should be placed on the same side as the door handle, and should be pressed down to the bottom.
How to remove the lock
Remove the metal rod from the butterfly hole with your finger, and lift the
red wedge with another hand, easily removing the door lock.
