intended to be used outside.
Note! Prior to use, you should familiarize yourself with this instruction
manual in order to avoid accidents and to ensure proper use of the appliance.
Manual should be kept and stored so that it is always easy to reach.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Before first use, remove all packing elements.
Note! Housing with metal elements may include barely-visible protective film stretched over those parts, which needs to be removed. -
The appliance should not be used by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory and mental ability without attendance of qualified or experienced persons and should always be used in accordance with the instruction manual.
WARNING: This appliance can be used by children over the age of 8 and persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience and knowledge of the appliance, ONLY if used under the supervision of a person responsible for their safety or if they have been given guidance on safe use of the appliance and are aware of the hazards associated with its use. Children should not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance operations should not be performed by children unless they are over the age of 8 and these operations are performed under supervision. -
NEVER PLACE ANY METAL ITEMS inside the appliance.

Use the device on dry and stable surface only.

Never jump on the device.

Do not use the device with your legs wet or when there is water on the device as there is a risk of slipping.

Remove batteries if the device is not used for a long period of time. Otherwise the batteries may leak, which may damage the device permanently.

The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper cleaning of the appliance.
Following persons shall not attempt measuring the body fat content using this equipment:
Children aged less than 6 years or adults over 100 year old.
Persons suffering fever, tissue swelling or osteoporosis.
Persons subject to kidnev dialysis.
Holders of pacemakers .
Persons subject to pharmacological treatment of blood circulation system.
Pregnant women.
Active sportsmen/-women practicing intensive physical training of 5 hour
duration every day.
Persons with heart rate below 60 beats per minute.
Persons taking a medicine to expand or constrict blood vessels.
Persons with considerable anatomic disproportion of lower limbs comparing with
the overall body size (i.e. with considerably shorter or longer legs).
WARNINGS
- Never use the appliance if it is damaged or works abnormally.
- Do not use the appliance if it has been dropped from a height and shows visible signs of damage.
- Any repair, removal or replacement of any parts should always be performed at a specialized facility.
- If you think the appliance might be broken, NEVER try to repair it yourself.
- Never wash the device in running water or in any manner, which allows water to drip onto the device.
- The appliance should not be exposed to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, excessive humidity or excessive dust conditions. Do not use the appliance near heaters, open flames and other sources of heat. 7 – The appliance is intended solely for weighing people.

REMARKS CONCERNING USE
- The scale must be used on a hard, flat surface such as parquet, tiles, linoleum, etc. We do not recommend using the scale on carpets and soft flooring.
- When weighing, stand on the scale in a calm and stable fashion.
- The weighing results may be distorted after intense exercise, diet or in cases of extreme dehydration.
- We advise you to check your weight at the same time of day, preferably in the morning after waking up and before eating, exercise or other physical activity.
- Keep your scale in a horizontal position – it is safer for the sensors.
- When the scale is not in use, do not place items on it which may unnecessarily burden the sensors located in the feet of the scale.
- The scale operates in the range from 5 kg to 150 kg.
- If the display shows ,,Lo”, it means that the battery is low and needs to be replaced.
- If the ,,ERR” sign appears on the display check whether your feet are in contact with the electrodes or are not too dry and try weighing again.
- If the ,,EEEE” sign appears on the display it means the measurement is incorrect. Stop weighing and make sure the scale is not damaged and correctly placed. Retry weighing.
It is recommended to solely use the disposable batteries to supply the device.
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Equipment supplied with batteries
The following safety measures concern products supplied with rechargeable or
disposable batteries.
Inappropriate use of batteries may result in electrolyte leaks or explosion.
Released electrolyte causes corrosion and may be toxic. It may also cause skin
and eye burns; it is also toxic when swallowed.
To reduce the risk of injury:
- Batteries should be kept out of children’s reach.
- Batteries should not be heated, open, pierced, destroyed or put into fire; they should not be inserted into the device backwards. Pay special attention to the pole marking [+] and [-].
- Do not insert old and new batteries at the same time, or batteries of different types (for example carbon and zinc or alkaline batteries).
- Do not allow the contact of the metal ending of the batteries with metal objects. These elements may heat up and cause burns.
- If the batteries are used up, or if the device is to be stored for a longer period of time, remove the batteries from it.
- Old or used batteries should be removed from the device and utilised or recycled in accordance with the domestic regulations on waste disposal.
- In case of leaks from the battery, remove all batteries avoiding contact of the skin or clothes with the electrolyte. In case of contact with the electrolyte rinse the skin or clothes with water. Before installation of new batteries clean the battery compartment with damp paper towel.
Only disposable batteries
- Caution! Replacement of batteries into inadequate type may result in explosion. Use batteries of the same type and size (alkaline, zinc-carbon or zinc and chlorine).
- Do not recharge the traditional batteries.
Battery insertion/ replacement

Open battery compartment cover (Fig. 2).

Insert three AAA-type batteries (in case of replacement, first remove the old batteries). Observe proper contact arrangement as indicated.

Close battery compartment cover.

Remove the batteries if the device is not to be used for a longer time.
Otherwise, the battery leakage may occur and permanently damage the device.

Turning the scale on and measurements
Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
Weight determination

Press to start the scale. The display shows:

Use the key to select the required measurement unit.

The scale is now ready to use. 1 7 10 11 12 13 14

To weigh yourself – stand on the scale with display on, straight up your body and wait until the read-out has started blinking. The measurement is ready.
Body weighing and analysis:

• Press to start the scale. The display shows:

Use the key to select the required measurement unit.

Press again to enter/ change your personal data.

The display shows:

“P” starts blinking. Select the memory to save your body data.

There are 10 available memories: PO to P9.

Use the keys to select the required memory (PO to P9).

Press@) to select the gender. Once ti has started blinking, use arrows to set the appropriate option.

Press to enter your age. Once has started blinking – use arrows to set the appropriate value.

Press to enter your height. Once “cm” has started blinking – use arrows to select the appropriate value.

Press the display shows:

The scale is now ready to use.

Stand with a bare feet on the scale. Position your feet to touch electrodes. Straight up your body.

After few seconds, weight measurement result appears and the message “WEIGHT MEASURED” starts blinking.

Now, the scale starts analysing your body.

To repeat the measurements for personal data already saved – press twice button. P-sign (PO to P9) starts blinking.
Use arrows to select the number of memory storage, where the data were previously saved. The selected memory number starts blinking. Once the blinking has stopped, stand on the scale to carry out the measurements.
Cleaning and maintainance
Note! Always remove the batteries before cleaning.
The appliance may be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do not use harsh cleaning chemicals that can damage the surface.
