Proper Ways to Prevent Eggs Leaking or Sticking – Elmond
Four Steps Only (little tips go a long way)
- Make sure you choose a Flat-Top frying pan, grill, griddle or skillet
- Brush cooking oil to the Insides & Base Edges of the egg mold
- Add Some Oil into mold in case upper side of egg gets undercooked
- Preheat for 10-15 secs, crack an egg and cook with low heat for 3 mins
Perfect sunny side up egg done!
