IMPORTANT SAFETY GUIDELINES

Please carefully read this manual before use to ensure your safety and avoid accidents.

1. This product is home fitness equipment. Do not modify it for other purposes or outdoor use. The walking machine should be placed on clean and flat ground rather than thick carpet or near water with a 3-6 ft safe area free from any obstacles behind it.
2. This product is intended for adults, minors need adult care. It is forbidden for those who feel unwell or mentally handicapped or lack common sense to use it. Unless they are under the supervision or guidance of the person responsible for their safety regarding the use of the product.
3. Damaged power cord must be replaced by the manufacturer or professional maintenance personnel to avoid danger.
4. This product only works under 100V-120V AC voltage. Be sure to use a power socket with safe ground. The grounding plug must be installed and grounded according to the parameters specified locally. If the plug doesn’t match the socket, ask qualified electricians or after-sales staff to handle it.
5. Checking all parts before use to ensure the screws and nuts are tightened.
6. Wear tight fitting clothes to prevent clothes from being caught by the machine when using it. Keep children or pets away from the machine to avoid accidents.
7. Avoid touching any moving parts with hands. Do not place your hands and feet in the space under the running belt.
8. This product is suitable for home rather than professional training and testing, nor medical purposes.
9. The indication of heart rates on the product does not serve as data for clinical medicine.
10. Only one person can use this product when it is in operation.
11. Power off and unplug before cleaning and maintenance.
12. Power off and unplug when you leave.
13. Please use the original accessories. Do not make any replacements without permission.

1. The maximum weight capacity for this product is 265lbs/120kg.Donotexceed maximum weight capacity.
2. Be sure to add 10ml of lubricant to the treadmill when using the product for the first time. Add lubricating oil every 3 moths or after 100milesofworking.

ASSEMBLY STEPS

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Open the packing box and take out the related accessories and the machine from the box, place the machine on flat ground.
2. Lift and push the column tube upwards until it stops moving.
3. Hold the column tube with one hand and turn the locking switch to the OFF position with the other hand(Do the same thing on the other side).
4. The column tubes are fixed, then the assembly of the machine is completed.
   

FOLDING STEPS

1. Hold the column tube with one hand and turn the locking switch to the ON position with the other hand (Do the same thing on the other side)
2. Hold and lower the column tube until it is placed flat.
3. The folding of the machine is completed.
   

NOTE: Make sure the power is turned off.

REMOTE CONTROL

Remote control instructions
Button: In standby mode, press Button and the machine runs at thespeedof0.6mph, press button again and the machine will stop. (START/STOP is a switch button)
“+”Button: Each time when you press the “+” button during operation, the speed per hour will be increased by 0.2miles; long press the “+” button to continuously increase the speed by 0.2 miles. “-”Button: Each time when you press the “-” button during operation, the speed per hour will be decreased by 0.2miles; long press the “-” button to continuously decrease the speed by 0.2 miles.

Please note that the volume control on some TV remote controls may control the speed of the treadmill.

NOTE:

1. the speed can only be increased up to 3.8 mph via the remote control. To increase it to 7.6 mph, you need to press the“+” key on the display keyboard, which is the max speed of this treadmill.
2. Before use, make sure that the safety lock switch of the instrument is in the magnetic closed state, otherwise the machine can’t be started.
3. After power-on, the digital tube lights on both sides flash from out side to in side and bottom to top, then the machine enters the standby state.
4. Aim the remote control at the signal receiver of the display screen , and press the button on the remote control. The digital tube lights on the display show three bars from bottom to top. The machine starts running at the speed of 0.6mph.

START

Please confirm that the safety lock switch of the instrument is in the pull-in state before use, otherwise it cannot be turned on. after power on, the digital tube lights on both sides flash from outside to in side and bottom to top, then the machine enters the standby state.

Press the remote control Start Button, three horizontal bars appear in sequence from the bottom to the top of the display’s digital tube lights. The machine starts running at 0.6 mph.

SPEED CONTROL

1. Each time when you press the “+” Button on the remote control (or the instrument)during operation, The speed per hour will be increased by0.2 miles ；long press the “+”button to continuously increase the speed by 0.2 miles.
2. Each time when you press the “-” Button on the remote control (or the instrument)during operation, The speed per hour will be decreased by0.2 miles ；long press the “-”button to continuously decrease the speed by 0.2 miles.
3. During operation, press the 3 shortcut key on the instrument, and the machine runs at the speed of 3 mph; press the 6 shortcut key on the instrument, and the machine runs at the speed of 6mph.

STOP

1. During operation, press the button on the remote control(or stop key on the instrument), and the machine stops running.
2. After continuously running for 99 minutes, the machine stops automatically.

PHONE BLUETOOTHCONNECTION

Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and you can see the number of the machine from “MAXFREE 00001 to 65000”numbers. For example: you will see the number “max free 00005” and click max free 00005toconnect.

The password is 9999.

NOTE:

1. The Bluetooth of the machine is open, so please connect the Bluetooth first after opening the machine. If you want to unpair, just select “Forget This Device”.
   

2. After connecting Bluetooth for the first time, the machine will be automatically connected when it is turned on next time.

OPERATION OF INSTRUMENT

Function description of keys

NOTE: You can start the machine only after turning on the safety lock switch. When the safety lock switch isn’t turn on, the “STOP” word keeps flashing.

Functional operation instructions

Button: In standby mode, press the button and the machine runs at the speed of 0.6mph.and then press button again the machine pauses. During pause, the button light keeps flash. (when start/pause cycle begins, the current data can be saved during pause).
Button: In operation mode, press the button and the machine slowly stops running.

Button: In operation mode, press the button, the “STOP” word flashes, all button light are off, and a bar appears on the display panel, and the machine stops within 6 seconds. (When you press the stop button and start the machine again, the data will start recording again)

Shortcut Buttons: In operation mode, press the 3 key and the machine runs at the speed of 3 mph by slow increase(or decrease) from the current speed. The operation on reaching the speed of 6 mph is the same as that of reaching the speed of 3mph.
Buttons: In operation mode, press the buttons to increase or decrease the speed.

BATTERY REPLACEMENT

1. Removing insulating paper from the remote control before use:
2. Replacement of the button battery of the remote control:
   The remote control would present less sensitivity or can’t be operated due to low battery after having been used for a long time, the battery of the remote control needs to be replaced.
   Remove the battery
   
   Install battery
   

ADJUSTMENT OF RUNNINGBELT

Adjustment tightness:
Turn off the power. Use a 5mm Allen wrench to turn the left and right screw holes clockwise 1/4 turn at the same time to tighten the running belt. Then power on the machine and test the tightness of the running belt. Adjust the running belt with this method until it’s tightness is appropriate.

The running belt is skewed to the left
Turn off the power. Select the screw hole on the left and tighten the running belt by turning it clockwise 1/4 turn with a 5mm hex wrench. Then turn on and run for 3minutesto check whether the running belt is centered. Repeat the adjustment of the running band in this way until the running band is centered.

The running belt is skewed to the right
Turn off the power. Select the screw hole on the right and loosen the running belt by turning it 1/4 turn counter clockwise with a 5mm Allen wrench. Then turn it on and run for 3 minutes to check that the belt is in the center. Repeat adjusting the strip in this manner until the running strip is centered.

Running belt use precautions

1. The running belt will be loose after being used for a period of time. Loose running belt will slip during use.
2. When you are running on the walking treadmill, the pressure on the running belt is not balanced as the force applied by your feet on the belt is different, which will deviate the running belt from the center. This kind of deviation is normal and the running belt will return to the center if no one runs on it.
3. The running belt should not be adjusted too tight. If the belt is adjusted too tightly it may damage the running belt,, the roller bearings etc., increase the pressure on the front/rear rollers, and cause abnormal noise or other problems.

LUBRICATING for TREADMILL

1. The treadmill has been lubricated before shipment. However, the rubbing between the running belt and the running board greatly affects the service life and performance of the product, so you must add lubricating oil according to the instructions of the machine.
2. Please make sure to add 10ml of the treadmill when using the product for the first time. Add lubricating oil every 3 months or after 100 miles of working.

NOTE: Use special lubricant of walking machine or contact our company directly.

How to add lubricant to the treadmill

1. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug. The place to refuel is on the lower surface in the middle of the running belt. (As shown below)
2. Cut a small opening on the oil bottle cap(for easy squeezing out oil)
3. Lift the running belt so that the oil bottle is extended to the bottom of the running belt, inject the oil into the middle of the running board, and lower the running belt.
4. Plug it in and turn it on, after turning it on, wait one minute for the oil to spread evenly be fore using it.
   

NOTE: Be careful during lubricating operation. Do not touch the moving parts.

ERROR CODE

1. Check whether the electric meter is properly connected to the controller.
2. Reinsert the main IC of the controller as it is in poor contact.
3. Replace the controller as its power supply is abnormal.

1. Replace the motor or check the connection terminal as motor open circuit or contact fails.
2. Replace the power tube or controller as power tube is damaged.

E05| Overcurrent protection|

1. Overload.
2. Add lubricating oil as the resistance on the running belt is high.
3. Replace damaged motor.

E10| Failure in communication between keyboard and panel control|

1. Check whether the electric meter is properly connected to the controller.
2. Reinsert the plug, if the controller is not in good contact.
3. Replace the controller as its power supply is abnormal.

MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Warning: Be sure to unplug the power plug of the machine before maintaining the product.

1. Use cloth to clean product surface. Full cleaning will prolong the service life of the machine.
2. Clean the dust regularly to keep the parts clean. Clean the exposed parts on both sides of the running belt. This will reduce the accumulation of impurities in the running belt.
3. Keep your sneakers clean. Avoid bringing foreign bodies under your running belt. The surface of the running belt should be scrubbed with a soapy wet cloth. Please be careful not to splash water on the electrical components and under the running belt.
4. Check all parts of the treadmill regularly, replace defective parts and/or leave the equipment idle for repair.

LSEZSPORT warrants to the original purchaser that the product is made of high quality materials and workmanship. Under the conditions that it has been installed and operated in accordance with manual, and we will provide the following services:

• In normal use, if there is a problem, we will be responsible for the warranty.
• The warranty period is one year (from the date of purchase). If you buy products with quality problems, please contact our customer service within 12 months. Please do not deal with them without permission. The followings are not covered by the warranty:
• Damage caused by external factors.
• Improper installation or failure to abide by installation guidelines, Improper operation, alteration, handling, storage, abuse or neglect of the products.
• Use this product beyond normal home use.
• Use non-original accessories.
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear, vandalism, accidental or by animals;
• Any act of Nature (such as fire, flooding, snow, ice, hurricane, earthquake, lightning or other natural disaster),environmental condition (such as air pollution, mold, mildew, etc.),or staining from foreign substances (such as dirt, grease, oil, etc.);
• Normal weathering due to exposure to sunlight, weather and atmosphere which can cause colored surfaces to, among other things, flake, chalk, accumulate dirt or stains.
• This pledge is valid only for private use by families and is not applicable to professional training such as gyms.

LSRZSPORT :using its sole discretion, will either repair or replace free of charge any part(s) proven to be defective under normal home use. Any repair or replacement shall provide no new warranty coverage, but shall retain only the remaining portion of the original product’s warranty. This warranty is offered only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Proof of original purchase is required.
