NOTICE
Please retain these instructions for future reference,

• Do not attempt to inflate in windy conditions. If the weather is too windy, deflate the product, secure it, and wait for better weather conditions.
• Please use all the provided stakes to secure this product to the ground.
• Protect the electric fan and power cord from exposure to water or snow.
• If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
• Do not use this item in a way that is inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the product warranty.
• This product is intended for residential use only.

PARTS

CLEANING AND STORAGE

1. Use mild detergent and cold water to wipe the inflatable clean.
   – Do not wipe the fan or motor with water.

2. Leave it inflated until it is completely dry,

3. Unplug, roll-up, and store it in the included storage bag.

TROUBLESHOOTING

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

1. Unroll the part A inflatable tree and lay it on a clean, level surface.
   Make sure the tree lays flat, free of tangles, then completely close the zipper located on the back of the tree.

2. Locate the cord on the back of the part A inflatable tree and plug it intoa nearby outlet.
   As the tree inflates, arrange the included weights inside so they sit at the tree’s base.
   If necessary, insert your own weights by unzipping the back of the tree and arrange them near the edges of the base. Close the zipper to resume inflation.
   NOTE: Hold the back of the tree up to promote airflow to the fan.
   

3. Insert three part B stakes into the loops at the base of part A tree to secure it to the ground.
   Locate the two loops on the inflated presents and use two part B stakes to secure them to the ground.
   Locate the individual loops in the middle of the tree and tie a knot to secure three part C guy-ropes. Tie each rope to one part B stake, pull until taught, then sink the stakes to the ground.

PRODUCT WARRANTY INFORMATION

All items can be returned for any reason within 60 days of the receipt and will receive a full refund as long as the item is returned in its original product packaging and all accessories from its original shipment are included. All returned items will receive a full  refund back to the original payment method. All returned items will not be charged a re-stocking fee.
All returned items require an RA (Return Authorization) number, which can only be provided by a Best Choice Products Customer Service Representative when the return request is submitted. Items received without an RA may not be accepted or may increase  your return processing time. Once an item has been received by Best Choice Products, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days.
All returns must be shipped back to the Best Choice Products Return Center at the customer’s expense. If the reason for return is a result of an error by Best Choice Products then Best Choice Products will provide a pre-paid shipping label via email. Boxes for  return shipping will not be provided by Best Choice Products, and is the customer’s responsibility to either use the original shipping boxes or purchase new boxes.
Pictures may be required for some returns to ensure an item is not damaged prior to its return. Iterns returned are not considered undamaged until they are received by Best Choice Products and verified as such. All damages to items are the customer’s  responsibility until the item has been received by and acknowledge by Best Choice Products as undamaged.
