Fitting instructions
- Mount original parts of the car as specified in the workshop manual.
- After mounting, check that the MAD spring has enough pre-tension.
- Protect metal parts with an anticorrosive coating.
- Readjust the headlights, and the camera and/or radar system if present.
- With multi-link suspension, we recommend realigning.

INSTALLATION
- Remove the bump stop 1 out of it’s holder 2 and dismount the bump stop holder by removing bolt 3. See fig 1 and 2.
- Fit the upper bracket A under the bump stop holder. The bracket can be fitted at the front or the rear side of the bump stop. Use the original bolt 3 of the bump stop holder. See fig 3.
- Attention! On the Volkswagen Caddy 4-motion it is only possible to fit the kit behind the rear axle
- Place the lower bracket B on the leaf spring. Take care that the notch of the strip of the bracket centres right around the U-bolt of the leaf spring. See fig 4.
- Put the rubbers R into the spring holders. See fig. 4.
- Jack up the car.
- Place the auxiliary spring C into the lower bracket B. Pull the spring firmly downwards and place the spring at the top side into bracket A. See fig 5 and 6.
- Put he bump stop back into it’s holder.
- Put the car back on it’s wheels.
