Thank you for choosing to use our 280W beam lamp. To use the product correctly and safely, please read the instruction carefully before installing and using the product. This instruction contains important installation and application information. Please strictly follow the operation procedures of the instruction when installing and operating the product. At the same time, please keep this instruction manual properly.
Our 280W beam lamp uses a new and beautiful high temperature resistant metal body. This product is designed and produced in strict accordance with CE standard. DMX512 signal protocol, which conforms to international standards, can be used independently or online. It has the characteristics of fast rotation, low noise and powerful function. It is suitable for small and medium-sized concert, theatre, studio, night meeting and bar, This product uses a high-intensity stable Philips 280W bulb. Please carefully dismantle the package, check whether the product is damaged during transportation after the removal of the package, and check whether the following contents are complete.

This product is in good condition before leaving the factory. In order to keep the product in good condition and ensure safe operation, please follow the safety precautions and the warnings in this manual。
Important: damage caused by not following this instruction is not covered by the warranty. The supplier shall not be responsible for the product problems arising therefrom.
If the product has been exposed to extreme unstable temperature environment (e.g. after transportation), please do not connect the power supply of the product immediately, because the water drop caused by temperature change may damage the product. Please use after the product returns to normal temperature.
This product can be used in the voltage range of 90-240v, is used for indoor products. Please make sure that the applied ground voltage is not higher than the range that the product can bear!! The power plug must be plugged into a class I socket with good protection. Green or magenta conductors must be grounded.
Please always check the power cord of this product. Make sure that the power cord is not folded or scratched, and is not connected to other wires! Pay special attention when connecting the power cord or related wiring. When not using this product or before cleaning, be sure to unplug the power supply.
Before using the product, please be familiar with the operation function of the product. Please do not let children or unprofessional people touch the product. Please do not shake this product. Do not use brute force when installing or operating the product. Don’t let unprofessional people operate the product. Most of the damage is due to unprofessional operation.
The product is not equipped with relevant maintenance accessories. Product maintenance and repair can only be carried out by professionals!
Please do not change this product without authorization, otherwise it may damage the product, and the damage caused by it is not within the scope of warranty. Moreover, unprofessional operation may lead to short circuit, burn or electric shock, etc.

DMX512 signal connection:
The lamp uses DMX512 signal control mode. The control signal of each lamp is in parallel. When connecting multiple lamp signals, it is better to use double core shielded cable. When connecting, each lamp is connected through DMX signal Jack (XLR socket) input and output on the lamp. The 3-core XLR plug terminals connecting the signal wire of lamps must correspond to each other. When connecting the lamp signal, the three core XLR plug terminals of the signal wire of the lamp must correspond to each other. When connecting the lamp signal, the three core XLR plug terminals of the signal wire of the lamp must be corresponding to each other, It is recommended to use DMX signal terminator. It can be avoided that the control signal is damaged due to electrical dryness. The DMX signal terminal is a 120 ohm 1 W resistance between two and three pins of an XLR plug and connected to the output socket of the last lamp Calculation method of lamp starting address code:
The starting address code of the current lamp is equal to (the starting address code of the previous lamp) + (the number of channels of the lamp)

1. The starting address code value of the first lamp is A001
2. The basic channel number of the controller should be greater than or equal to the total channel number of the lamp
   3: Note: when using any controller, each lamp must have its own starting address code
   If A001 is set as the starting address code of a lamp and the channel number of the lamp is 16CH, then
   the starting address code of the second lamp will be zero

   Installation instructions of lamps:

2.The lamp can be placed horizontally, slant and upside down. When slant and upside down, the installation method must be paid attention to. Fixed installation of lamp: before positioning the lamp, the stability of the installation site must be ensured. During reverse hanging installation, it must be ensured that the lamp does not fall down on the support frame, and the safety rope should be used to wear the support frame and lamp handle for auxiliary hanging, so as to ensure safety and prevent the lamp from falling and sliding, During the installation and debugging of lamps, pedestrians are not allowed to pass below. Regularly check whether the safety rope is worn and whether the hook screw is loose. If the hanging installation is not stable, the manufacturer will not bear any responsibility for all consequences caused by the falling of lamps 3.

Bulb installation:

1. When installing and replacing the bulb, remove the plastic shell of the lamp cap first
2. It is recommended to use good quality bulbs
3. Do not install or remove the bulb with electricity
4. Don’t touch the ball part of the bulb
5. Tighten the screws after replacing the bulb
6. When the bulb works, it will reach a very high temperature, and the vapor discharge bubble can not continue to supply power. Therefore, it must be completely cooled for 10 minutes after each power failure, otherwise it will lead to high voltage discharge, short circuit and burn out the components on the computer control board

Maintenance:

Shut down operation: turn off the bulb for 10 minutes before power failure before shutting down. Let the heat dissipating fan quickly discharge the heat generated during the use of the luminaire, thus prolonging the service life of the lamps and lanterns,  especially the bulb. In order to ensure that lamps and lanterns can operate stably, they should be kept clean, dismantled, and repaired or started maintenance. Before that, it is very important to confirm whether the power is disconnected. Keeping the lamps clean and clean is very important. Please clean regularly, not only keep the maximum brightness output, but also prolong the service life of lamps and lanterns. It is recommended to use high quality glass cleaning agent and clean soft cloth to clean, and use vacuum cleaner to clean the interior of lamps at least half a year
