Product Usage
Assembly
To assemble the Stick Vacuum Cleaner AW-2, follow these steps:
- Disassembly and Install the Tube:
- Insert the tube into the main body until you hear a ‘click’ sound.
- To remove the tube, press the release button and pull it in the opposite direction.
- To extend or retract the pole, pull or push it towards the center.
- Disassembly and Install the Brush:
- To install the LED Soft-roller Power Brush, attach it directly to the main body or to the tube.
- To remove the brush, press the release button.

Important Safety Instructions
Before using this product, please read all the contents of this manual carefully
- This vacuum cleaner is a dry-use vacuum cleaner and should not be used to vacuum water, detergent, or any other liquids or damp surfaces. Do not pour or splash water or any other liquids into the machine, as this may cause a short circuit and damage the machine.
- Do not use a vacuum cleaner to clean up small particles such as flour, cement, plaster, wall powder, or large objects such as toys and paper balls. Doing so may cause the motor to burn out or the vacuum cleaner to become clogged.
- When cleaning the vacuum cleaner, please use a dry cloth to wipe it. Do not use gasoline, benzene, or other cleaning agents that can easily cause the shell to crack or fade.
- Please do not use or store the vacuum cleaner under adverse conditions such as high or low temperature. It is recommended to use it indoors at an ambient temperature of 32-104℉(0-40℃). Please store it in a cool and dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight.
- When using a new battery or a battery that has been stored for a long time, please fully charge the battery before using it for the first time. When the machine is not in use for a long time, please make sure to charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months.
- Please unplug the charger in a timely manner when the vacuum cleaner is fully charged or needs to be cleaned and maintained.
- When the machine’s usage time is shortened due to battery capacity attenuation, you can purchase a new battery pack for replacement.
- The waste battery should be safely recycled. Please do not discard it casually.
- The lithium battery in the battery pack can only be used for this device. It is prohibited to use it for other purposes. You can only use the built-in charging adapter to charge it. Please do not disassemble the battery or allow it to come into contact with liquids to avoid damage or short circuits. Please do not place the battery near high-temperature objects or open flames. Please do not insert sharp objects into the battery or damage the battery to prevent danger.
- To avoid danger when the vacuum cleaner cannot work or its accessories are damaged, do not dismantle it by yourself. It must be repaired by a professional at a designated repair point or by calling the national after-sales service hotline.
- Do not allow children to use or play with the machine, or recharge the battery pack to prevent accidents.

Two Batteries
Two removable batteries allow you to charge one while you clean with the other. 2-in-1 Dusting Brush
Composed of a wide and a soft brush, and is able to switch from wide brush to soft brush by pressing the release button. The soft brush i s for hard surface furniture and the wide brush to vacuum upholstered furniture, curtain, etc. Crevice Tool
For corners, niches and other hard-to-reach places, such as car seat and mat, picture frame, etc. -
Flexible Extension Hose
Excellent extension and flexibility to get into hard-to-reach spaces, great for in-car usage. Use with above accessories, except motorized brush. -
HEPA filter
4 HEPA filters included, 2 Pre-filter HEPA and 2 Post -filter HEPA. Washable and inter changeable so you can clean one while using the other. -
Hair cleaning tool
Use the little brush to clean the brush window, also can be used to clean the dustbin.
Assembly
Disassembly and Install the Tube
- Insert tube. When you hear a ‘click’ sound, it means it’s assembled in place.
- Press the release button and remove tube.
Extend Pole
- Pull it in the opposite direction to extend the pole. Retract towards the center.
Disassembly and Install the Brush
- Insert motorized power brush.
- Press the release button and remove motorized power brush.
Disassembly and Install the Dustbin
- Grab the handle and press the dustbin release button. Rotate the dust cup clockwise.
- Align the dustbin with the slot and turn it counterclockwise to attach it to the main body.
Disassembly and Install the Battery
- Press the battery release button, then pull the battery out.
- Slide the battery into the bottom of the main body. The battery will click into position when correctly fitted.
Install the Wall mount
- Determine the position of the wall mount on the wall and mark the drill holes with a pen.
- Use a drill bit to drill holes at the marked spots.
- Insert the expansion plugs into the drilled holes.
- Place the wall mount onto the expansion plugs and secure it by tightening the screws with a screwdriver.
! Warning:
- Please make sure there is no gas, water or electrical cables and wires behind the mounting area.
- To avoid the wall mount down, please make sure it must be installed firmly.
Product Operation
Start to Work
Note:
- Before the first use, please charge the appliance for 5 hours
- Press the switch button, the machine will start to work. One-click trigger, no need to continuously hold down the switch button.
- Press the button on the display or battery (+/-) to switch between low mode (regular power), medium mode (medium power), and high mode (maximum power).
- Place the main body on the wall mount.
- After using the appliance, it is recommended to put it on the wall-mounted dock for recharge and storage.
Empty the Dustbin
- When finished, press the release button on the side of the dustbin and empty the contents.
- Reattach the dustbin’s bottom cover.
Charging the Battery
- Connect the adaptor to wall mount and outlet.
- Charge the battery installed on the main body, or charge the battery separately.
Warning:
- Charge the battery only with the adaptor provided by Airpher. When you won’t use the lithium battery for a long time, please store in a cool dry place.
- In this situation, please charge the battery every 3 months, and insure that the battery has been at least half charged (2 indicator lights of battery glow).
- Store appropriately indoors in a dry place. Do not expose machine to sunlight or freezing temperature. Recommended temperature range: 39.2℉(4℃)~104℉(40℃).
Charging Time
- Charging time takes about 4-5 hours.
Indicator Light
- Four solid blue lights: Full power.
Two blue lights on the right : Medium power.
Two blue lights on the left: Low power.
The clog indicator light is on : Brush clogged or airflow blocked.
During Charging
- Display screen shows charging percentage
- Three blue lights blinking successively
Fully Charged
- Three solid blue lights indicate that the battery is fully charged.
- The battery has overcharge protection and will stop charging when fully charged.
Daily Maintenance
Note:
- To maintain better performance, wash the Pre-filter HEPA once a month and dry up, replace it after 6 months of use.
- Also, please wash the Post-filter HEPA every 3 months and dry up, replace it after 1 year of use.
Dustbin and Filters (Metal Filter, Pre-filter HEPA)
- Press the dustbin release button, twist clockwise and remove the dustbin
- Clean with wet cloth. Do not allow water to enter the appliance, especially not into motor and battery.
- Remove the Pre-filter HEPA from the dustbin.
- Open the bottom of the dustbin, twist clockwise and remove the metal filter.
- Clean the dustbin and filter under cold, running water. The dustbin and filter should be air dried completely before reinstalling.
- After cleaning, insert the metal filter counterclockwise into the bottom of the dustbin. Then reattach the dustbin cover. Then put the Pre-filter HEPA back into the metal filter.
- Rotate the dustbin counterclockwise until you hear a “click” sound, indicating that it is fully installed in place.
Post-filter HEPA
- Turn off the power switch, rotate counterclockwise to remove the cover and gently pull out
- Rotate the post-filter HEPA and cover counterclockwise with force to separate them
- The post-filter HEPA can be washed under running water if necessary, and should be air dried completely before reinstalling.
- Rotate the HEPA filter and cover clockwise with force to reinstall
- Insert the cover into its original position and rotate the back cover clockwise to secure it in place.
Brush
- Pull the self-locking switch buckle to release and remove the rolling brush.
- Remove the brush and the hair and debris wrapped around the roller.
- Gently clean the brush window.
- After the cleaning, install the brush into the machine.

Disposal

Your Airpher machine has a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Airpher -
Instruction Manual.
This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you, all labor and parts necessary to ensure your machine is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
This warranty will only be valid if the machine is used in the country in which it was sold. -
WHAT IS NOT COVERED?
Airpher shall not be liable for costs, damages or repairs incurred as a result of:- Machines purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
- Careless operation or handling, misuse, abuse and/or lack of maintenance or use not in accordance with the Airpher Instruction Manual.
- Use of the machine other than for normal domestic purposes, e.g. for commercial or rental purposes.

Use of parts not in accordance with the Airpher Instruction Manual. Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by Airpher.

External factors unrelated to product quality and use, like accidental water damage.

Normal wear and tear, including normal wearing parts, such as clear bin, belt, filter, HEPA, brush bar, and power cord (or where external damage or abuse is diagnosed), carpet or floor damage due to use not in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions or failure to turn the brush bar off when necessary.

Reduction in battery discharge time due to battery age or use.

- Any implied warranties relating to your machine including but not limited to warranty of merchantability or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this warranty.
