Function description
BP-M10 is a high-speed portable 4G router. BP-M10 provides data access and SMS functions such as TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM.
BP-M10 main features:
- Support TDD-LTE/FDD-LTE/TD SCDMA/WCDMA/GSM etc, multi network modes.
- UI support SMS, Phone book function.
- Support RNDIS mode: plug to PC and connect with network without using modem mode dial up.
- Support MODE function. With MODE, users can simply and securely connect to WIFI.
- Support firewall function which provides address filtering, port mapping, UPnP, DMZ and other functions.
- Support fast boot. When it is set to the fast boot mode, the device will take a short time to boot.
- Support power-saving mode, you can set the WIFI coverage capacity to adjust the battery life.

Please use the Micro SIM card, SIM card chip into the SIM card slot down.
UI software installation and use
4.1 UI software introduction
UI software can be used to query settings network and device parameters, send
and receive text messages, manage the phone book, view traffic and other
operations. The initial login password for the UI software is “admin”.
4.2 UI software installation
- Connect BP-M10 with PC ,UI software will install automatically
- When installation is complete, the UI software desktop icon will be shown on the PC desktop.
Notes:
If the installation file does not automatically start, please find the new CD-
ROM drive in the computer (as shown in Figure 4-3), click open and run the
installation program to complete the first installation.
If you can not automatically install or can not find the new CD-ROM drive, there may be anti-virus software to prevent the installation of the software, please close the anti-virus software check. It is also may be the problem with the computer USB port, please replace the USB port or replace the computer and try again.
4.3 UI software use
Insert the BP-M10 into the computer where the UI software is installed and the
UI software will start automatically. In the login page, enter the password
and then log in, the page jumps to UI home page, the initial login password of
UI software is “admin”.
There are language options at the upper right corner of the UI, the user can
choose Chinese or English according to need. Users can manually double-click
the desktop UI software shortcuts, you can also open the browser, enter
192.168.100.1 in the address bar to open the UI login page.
UI management page is divided into the status bar and the main interface. Status bar: network type, signal strength, network connection status, SIM card status, WLAN status, battery status and contains the Modify Login Password button, the Exit button, and the Language selection button. Main interface Home: including SMS, phone book, SD card, advanced settings, quick set entry button. All these buttons can be clicked to enter the corresponding interface; network connection bar: display network connection status, current real-time traffic, network connection time, network connection button can on and off network; network setting bar: including setting of external network connection and wireless internal network port; access Device column: Displays the number of users currently connected to the wireless terminal; Traffic Statistics column: Displays the traffic statistics information; Status Display Bar: Displays the detailed information of the device. Scan the two-dimensional code to obtain hot name, password and other information.
Note: In the settings interface, click the “question mark” icon , you can open
the specific menu item to use the help tips.
Users can use the computer, mobile phones and other terminal equipment, access
to BP-M10 WIFI hotspots, without installing the UI software can also access
the UI page, open the browser, enter 192.168.100.1 in the address bar to open
the UI login page after entering the password to log in to normal access.
Internet Access

Check if the SIM card is installed correctly.

Press and hold the on/off button for 3 seconds, and the indicator will flash and release the button.

Establish a WIFI connection between the terminal device and the BP-M10 device.
• Find the WIFI hotspot on the computer, tablet, mobile phone and other terminal devices. Find the WIFI hotspot name (ie SSID) provided by BP-M10: 4G- MIFI-BPCO
• The initial password of WIFI connection is bpco666666, users can log in UI software to change WIFI connection password. -
Log in to the UI software to check the 4G/3G/2G network connection status.
• If 4G/3G/2G network dialing is set to “Auto” mode (factory setting), BP-M10 will automatically connect to 4G/3G/2G network, users can view the network connection traffic on the home page of UI software.
• If the 4G/3G/2G network connection mode is set to “manual” mode, the user needs to manually connect to the 4G/3G/2G network on the home page of the UI software. If 4G/3G/2G network connection is successful, the management page of home page will show the network connection traffic.
• Note: The “Auto”/ “Manual” mode is set in the “Network Settings -> Connection Mode” menu of the UI software. The default is “Auto” mode. -
When the BP-M10 is successfully connected to the 4G/3G/2G network and the terminal device is successfully connected to the WIFI hotspot of the BP-M10 device, the terminal devices such as mobile phone, tablet and computer can enjoy 4G/3G/2G access.
Note:
If the BP-M10 is plugged in the computer, the computer does not have to connect WIFI hotspots can also be connected through the BP-M10 external network. If it cannot connect with network, please check the following steps:
- Please check your PC’s Device Manager -> Network Adapter for a new network card device, similar to “Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device”, as shown in Figure 5-1. Different computer shows the name of the card is different, you can compare the plug through the BP-M10 to see if there is a new network card.
- If you have the above new network card device, but the device icon at the “!” Marked, please re-plug the BP-M10.
- If there is no new network card device, please check whether the computer has a new CD-ROM drive (UI software installation disk). If so, right-click the drive letter, select the “pop-up” menu, eject the disc, and then return to step 1) to check whether there is a new network card and its status.
Use the MODE function
- Click the “WI-FI Setting” item on the Web UI management page to enable the MODE function after selecting the PBC and clicking Apply. After setting, you can find the WIFI hotspot provided by the BP-M10 device by searching the MODE-enabled wireless terminal device. Click connection can easily access WIFI hot spots.
- Enable the MODE function by the MODE button on the device, find the WIFI hotspot on the MODE-enabled wireless terminal device, locate the WIFI hotspot name provided by the BP-M10 device, select the WIFI hotspot, and then press and hold (3-4 seconds) MODE button on the device, you can easily access WIFI hot spots.
- In the WI-FI Settings item of the Web UI management page, enable the MODE function and select the PIN. On a wireless terminal device that supports the MODE PIN entry function, click Advanced option of the WLAN settings to enter the submenu and select MODE PIN code input, pop up the generated PIN code, then input the generated PIN code in the input bar of MODE option in the UI management page, and then click Apply to connect the wireless terminal device to the WIFI hotspot provided by the BP-M10 device
Trouble Shooting
7.1 Unable to register to the network
May be the network signal is poor, see the signal strength is weak (such as
only one cell signal), please move to the signal good place.
7.2 Log in WEB failure
- The browser’s cookies and local temporary files are not cleared. To IE8 browser as an example, open the IE browser, in the Tools> Internet Options> General, click the Delete button in the pop-up to delete the history of the dialog box to check the Internet temporary file option and Cookie option, click delete button to delete it, and then reopen the browser.
- The home agent is not closed. Open your browser, go to Tools> Internet Options> Connections> LAN settings, close the proxy server, and then reopen your browser.
- Possible TCP/IP protocol stack setting is set to “IPV6 only”. Local Area Connection – Properties – Open IPV4 support.
7.3 Unable to browse web pages
- (U) The SIM card is in arrears. Please consult the relevant operator.
- The flow is exhausted. If you want to continue to use the network, you can use the “Traffic Limitation Settings” interface to modify the national, local, provincial, Province, the additional flow value, the remaining flow, so that the remaining total flow> 0, or ” Default Action Over Monthly Flow ” to “keep this connection.”
7.4 Fail to connect with the corresponding WLAN hotspo t
- The access password is incorrect. Ensure that the password is correct. If you forget the password, you can log in to the Web UI through USB to reset it.
- The system keeps the record of the previous wireless network. Clear wireless connection records, in the view of the wireless network interface, click Change the order of preferred network, delete the corresponding hot spots in the preferred network, confirm and then re-search.
7.5 USB or WLAN Internet connection rate is unstable or too low
- Network signal weak. Please move to place with good network signal .
- The network is busy during this period. Use when the network is idle.
7.6 Users couldn’t use network .
- The WLAN is not connected or the connection has failed. Make sure your Wi-Fi connection is successful.
- The computer has multiple wireless network card devices enabled. Disable redundant, enabled wireless network card devices.
7.7 Wireless devices couldn’t find the corresponding WLAN hotspot
The system Wireless Zero Configuration service is turned off. In Control
Panel> Performance and Maintenance Management Tools> Services, start Wireless
Zero Configuration.
7.8 Forgot the UI software login password
When the user forgets the password, use the ejector pin to insert the reset
hole of the device to restore the factory settings. The default password is
“admin” when the factory default settings are restored.

- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

Any Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible
for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any
other antenna or transmitter.
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an
uncontrolled environment. End user must follow the specific operating
instructions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.
The device is designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves
established by the Federal Communications Commission (USA). These requirements
set a SAR limit of 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The highest SAR
value reported under this standard during product certification for use when
hotspot (10mm) is 1.371 W/kg.
