IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
The precautions recorded in this user manual are intended to facilitate the
safe and proper use of this machine, avoiding harm to individuals or damage to
property. Please read the user manual carefully and use the machine correctly.
Please use and operate the machine at the designated voltage. Do not use it if
it exceeds the safety limit.
Do not use damaged power plugs, power cords, or loose sockets. Avoid getting
the machine body and power cord wet.
When the machine is not in use for an extended period, please unplug the power
plug before installing or removing parts, performing maintenance, or moving
the machine.
Do not pour any liquids or items other than water or citric acid into the
water tank.
Do not use direct flame to heat the coffee pot or place it in a microwave
oven.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children)
with insufficient physical, sensory, mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or instructed by a person
responsible for their safety.
Attention: To avoid the risk of inadvertent resetting of the thermal circuit
breaker, this appliance should not be powered through external switch devices
such as timers or circuits that regularly switch on and off.
WARNING! TO PREVENT SCALDING
Do not touch or open the water tank cover during the heating or boiling
process, or shortly after use, as it may cause burns. Do not exceed the MAX
marking when adding water, and be aware that steam may escape from the vent
hole on the water tank cover. Please take precautions to avoid scalding.
Do not remove the coffee pot before the coffee extraction process is complete
to avoid scalding your hands.
Avoid using the appliance near walls and furniture as the steam or heat
generated may damage the walls or cause discoloration and deformation of the
furniture.
Caution! For safety reasons, do not let the
water level fall below the minimum mark or exceed the maximum mark.

- Depending on the characteristics and roast level of the coffee beans, the volume of coffee extracted may vary.
- The coffee beans are recommended to be ground to a coarseness of 500 to 600 microns.
- The preset recipe of the machine is designed for light roast coffee. However, you have the flexibility to switch to different recipes using the app.
Brewing Preparation
**** We recommend cleaning the water tank before using the product for the first time or after a long period of storage as dust and debris may accumulate inside.
**** If you discover water stains or scale inside the coffee machine, it is a normal occurrence. To reduce the formation of scale and improve the coffee flavor, it is recommended to use filtered water or purified water for brewing.

A Place the dripper on the server.

B Fold the filters side and then fold in half. Open up the filter and put in the dripper.

C Put coffee powder into the filter and flat the surface.
For the best coffee flavor, it is recommended to use the included “HARIO V60 dripper and range sever”.
Use freshly ground coffee beans to achieve the best coffee flavor.
- A Use the “HARIO V60 dripper and range sever” to achieve the centering effect.
- B The coffee pot needs to be placed against the backrest after touching the anti-slip pad.
Quick Start Guide
- A Before starting the coffee machine, please fill water tank with water up to the MAX mark.
- B Position the prepared filter set beneath the dispensing spout.
- C Press the “Recipe Button” to choose your desired recipe.
- D Once you have selected the desired recipe, press the “Start Button” to begin the brewing process. During the brewing process, the atmosphere light will be on and a beep will sound to confirm the brewing progress.
- E Enjoy your coffee as soon as the brewing is completed.
To prevent scalding and ensure safety, the coffee machine will not allow
brewing if the water level exceeds the MAX mark. Please drain the excess water
before proceeding with the brewing process.
Brewing Cancellation: Press the “Start Button” briefly to cancel the
brewing process.
You will hear a beep sound and the machine will return to standby mode.

App Instructions
- A Please download the Hikaru App from either the App Store or Google Play.
- B Turn on the coffee machine and open the app. Follow the prompts on the app to proceed with the operation.
Drain Mode
**** If there is a need to manually drain the remaining water in the tank, you can follow the steps below.
- A Place a container with a capacity greater than 700ml below the dispensing spout.
- B Switch recipes until all the indicator lights are off.
- C Press and hold the “Start button” for two seconds and release it. After hearing a beep sound, the water tank drainage will start.
During the draining process, you can press the “Start button” briefly to stop the draining action.
If there is still obvious residual water in the water tank after the machine stops draining, please repeat step C until the water tank is almost completely emptied.
To prevent water deterioration and bacteria growth, it is recommended to empty the water tank after each day’s use.

Cleaning (Machine Body Cleaning)
**** Please unplug before cleaning.
Please do not immerse or rinse this product
under water.
Use only a clean, soft cloth to wipe away any dust or dirt from the exterior.
Avoid using hard materials like scouring pads or steel brushes to clean. If
dirt is tough to remove, use a neutral cleaner and wipe carefully to prevent
residue.
Descaling
To prolong the machine’s lifespan, it will remind you to clean the water tank after 200 brews. We recommend using citric acid for regular cleaning to ensure the quality of the brew. It is advised to perform this cleaning monthly.
**** The entire operation process takes approximately 1.5 hours. Please ensure that the coffee machine’s power remains on throughout the process.

A Start the coffee machine first, then Press and hold the Recipe Button and the Start Button to enter the cleaning mode.

B The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator S is flashing simultaneously.
Add water to the 600ml mark in the water tank and add 1 0g of citric acid.
Press the “Start Button” briefly to start the heating process. -
C The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator M is flashing simultaneously.
Suggested soaking time is 1 hour. Once the soaking time is complete, place the container below the dispensing spout and press the “Start Button” to initiate the draining process. -
D The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator Lis flashing simultaneously.
Please place the container below the dispensing spout, then press the “Start Button” to initiate the drainage process. -
E The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator Pis flashing simultaneously.
Drainage is complete. Please proceed with the clean water cleaning. -
F The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator S/M is flashing simultaneously.
Fill the water tank up to the 600ml mark and place an empty container under the dispensing spout. Then, press the “Start Button” once to start the heating process. -
G The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator S/L is flashing simultaneously.
The water temperature will heat up to 96 °C, and automatic drainage will occur. -
H The cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator S/P is flashing simultaneously.
After the drainage is complete, the cleaning indicator/ recipe indicator S/P light will turn off, indicating that the cleaning process is finished.
Restore Factory Settings
**** The coffee machine will clear all Bluetooth and reset to the factory
settings.
Note that this action cannot be undone.
- A Unplug the power cord after turning off the machine.
- B Press and hold the power button while plugging the power cord into the outlet. At this point, all the recipe lights will be off and the Bluetooth, water level, and cleaning indicator lights will be flashing simultaneously.
- C To reset the machine, press the “Start Button” once.
- D When the machine emits a single “Beep” sound and automatically turn off, it indicates that the reset to factory settings has been successful.

- Please completely empty the water tank and refill it. If there is still significant residual water in the tank when the machine stops draining, please repeat the draining process until it is almost empty.

the normal condition following instructions or other precautions are under

- Didn’t follow the instruction or other precautions ( including using abroad) to result in failure or damage.
- Malfunctions or damage caused by misuse, alteration or improper repairs. Malfunctions or damages caused by improper moving, falling or crashing.
- Malfunctions or damages caused by fire, earthquake, storm, floods, lightning strikes, pollution, salt damage, voltage anomalies, any other external factors or natural disasters.
- Malfunctions or damages caused by load on vehicles or vessels with extreme hot, cold, humid or dusty environment. Malfunctions or damages caused by using outside the office or home.
- Unable to submit HIROIA warranty.
- No invoice or other document con confirm the purchase of the product. Warranty can’t confirm purchase dote, purchaser name, dealer or this warranty is altered.
- Damage ports ore accessories or consumables. ( unless there is material or manufacturing defects).
- Surface damage ( scratch or depression).
- Stored in adverse environment ( hot and humid) causing deterioration over time or defects by natural loss.
- False information for the cause of malfunction.
- Customers must afford the delivery cast for the maintenance.
C Due to malfunctions or other conditions, HIROIA may use alternative
products instead of maintenance.
D Maintenance may use recycled new ports or replacement ports. Replaced
ports will be retrieved by HIROIA.
E The warranty period counts from the initial purchase dote even the
product is replaced by this warranty free of charge.
F HIROIA will not be responsible for the lost caused by malfunction
product.
G Please keep this page properly, since it won’t be reissued if lost.
H This warranty is valid only for the territories of the dealer above.
- This warranty does not limit the legal rights of customers to deale rs (guarantors) and other owners.
