If you are unable to see anything on your monitor, follow these steps:

- For phones, make sure DP Alt Mode is enabled. For PCs and laptops, ensure Thunderbolt 3 or USB 3.1 GEN 2 is supported.
- Connect the USB C to HDMI cable directly to your devices. Do not use it with a hub.
Resolution Issues
If you are unable to get 8K@60Hz, follow these steps:
- Check if both your input and output devices support 8K@60Hz. If not, the maximum resolution will be limited to 4K@60Hz.
