Product Usage Instructions
Unboxing
When you receive the BALANCE 3-in-1 Wireless Charger, make sure the following items are included in the box:
- BALANCE 3-in-1 Wireless Charger x1
- 30W QC Power Adapter x1
- USB-C to USB-A cable x1
- User Manual x1
Charging Setup
Follow these steps to set up the charger for wireless charging:
- Connect the USB-C end of the USB-C to USB-A cable to the BALANCE Wireless Charger.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to the included 30W QC Power Adapter.
- Plug the power adapter into a power outlet.
Placing Devices for Charging
To charge your devices using the BALANCE Wireless Charger:
- Ensure that your device is compatible with wireless charging.
- Place your device on the Magnetic Charging Pad or Non-Magnetic Charging Pad, aligning it with the charging area.
- The white LED indicator light will turn on to indicate that charging has started.
LED Indicator
The LED indicator on the BALANCE Wireless Charger provides important information about the charging status:
- When the Magnetic Charging Pad or Non-Magnetic Charging Pad is working, the white indicator light will be on. It will turn off automatically after 3 minutes.
- If the charging is abnormal or a metal object is placed on the wireless charging area, the white indicator light will flash.

LED Indicator
- When the Magnetic Charging pad or non-magnetic charging pad is working, the white indicator light is on, and it turns off after 3 minutes.
- When the charging is abnormal, or a metal object is placed on the wireless charging, the white indicator light flashes.
