Make sure that the package contains the following parts:

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attach the arms to the seat cushion using two (E) bolts, four (C) bolts, and six (F) washers using the wrench (G)
Note: Next to the middle of seat cushion use two (E) bolts

Step 2: Attach the seat plate to the seat cushion using four (B) bolts and four (F)washers.
Tighten all the bolts with the wrench (G), being careful not to miss-thread the bolts or damage the seat.

Step 3: Attach the back cushion to the seat cushion using three (D) bolts and three (F) washers.
Tighten all the bolts with the wrench (G).

Step 4: Turn the star base upside down, insert five detachable feet in turn to the star base, align all the holes, and fix the feet with ten (H) bolts using the wrench (G).

Step 5:

1.  Press the casters into the holes at the end of each leg.
2. Insert the cover in the star base as shown.
3. lInsert the gas lift into the center hole of the star base.
4. Slide the foot ring around the gas lift and tighten into place by turning the tension knob to the right.

Step 6: Attach the seat cushion down onto the gas lift firmly until the connection is secure.

Adjustment

Adjusting the seat heigh t
To raise your seat, lean forward to lift your body weight from the seat, then pull up the lever.
To lower the seat, pull up the lever while you’re seated.

To operate the rocking function
To let your chair rocking, pull the lever out.
To stop your chair from rocking, push the lever in.
Adjusting the foot ring
Turn the knob on the foot ring counter-clockwise, then the foot ring can be raised up or down to your desired height.

Adjusting the seat tension
Turn the tilt knob clock wise to make it easier to rock your chair backwards.
Turn the tilt knob counter-clockwise to make it harder to rock your chair backwards.

Adjusting the armrests
The armrests can be flipped up, so that you can have better rest and is space saving.

Let’s take a look at the problems encountered by customers for reference.

1. How do | separate the seat from the gas lift?
   First, adjust the seat to the highest position, step on the star base, hold the lever with one hand, and hold the seat bottom with another hand, then rock the seat left and right until it separate with the gas lift.
   If you want to continue to separate the gas lift from the star base, hold the star base, using a rubber hammer to hammer the middle of the star base until the gas lift and the star base separate.

2. Why doesn’t the chair tilt? Why does the seat cushion lean forward and |even slide out of the seat?
   To figure out the reason why the chair can’t rocking, please confirm these things as following:
   1. if the seat plate was installed in the wrong direction
   2. if the lever is pulled out when rocking
   3. turn the tilt knob clockwise to make sure it is in the loose condition (Since the seat plate is very new, you may need to turn the tilt knob many times to make it become loose.)
   4. it is also relevent with people’s weight. To make sure the base is not defective, you could let a person over 150 Ib to test if the chair can rocking.
