YL10104 is a 4 station controller, which can be the main control unit for a 4-way irrigation system, including a 4-way water distributor, which can be connected to 4 solenoid valves.

Specification:

  • Working voltage: DC 3V
  • Battery: 2 *AA alkaline battery
  • Static current: ≤60uA
  • Drive pulse width: 100ms, pulse height: 18v
  • Low voltage sign blinks at ≤2.4V
  • Working water pressure: 0.5-8 BAR
  • Working water temperature: 5-60℃

How to install:

  1. Connect controller to 4-way water distributor inlet, connect 4-way water distributor outlet to solenoid valve.
  2. Install 2 *AA alkaline battery on controller, set desired program.
  3. Remove plug of the connection port on controller and connect solenoid valve to the connection port. Keep the plug in place on the connection port, to protect it from water, if the connection port is not connected to solenoid valve.
  4. Check if correctly connected, then test-run with manual watering function, to check if all valve is working well.
  5. Rain sensor connection: the bigger port at right top side is for rain sensor connection. If not connected to rain sensor, it is shortcut with metal strip. If to be connected to rain sensor, this metal strip shall be removed, and the two points shall connect with the wire of the rain sensor, then when controller will not open valve during rainy days, to save water.

B. Explanation of the dial

OFF: shut off all irrigation

RUN: Auto run mode, which means all the set programs will run automatically

SET CLOCK: set current clock time
STATR TIME: set the start watering time for each station
HOW LONG: set the watering duration for each station, range is from 1 min to 180 min

HOW OFFEN: set the watering frequency of each station, there is two way, one is day of the week (eg. Monday, Tuesday …Sunday), the other is how many days (from 1 day, 2 days …to 15 days)

How to use:

1. Turn Dial to SET CLOCK, install 2 *AA alkaline battery, screen will blink with “24:00”

8. When low battery sign blinks, you need to replace with new battery, and all the program is not working and valves are all closed.
